Un lugar súper agradable, en el roof nos atendió Francisco todo el tiempo súper atento, buen servicio, el todo incluido está súper completo, hubo un grupo en vivo hasta las 12am. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, Nos la pasamos súper bien, gracias!!

All around 5 stars ⭐️
We purchased our stay through Groupon which can be hit or miss with all inclusive. Sometimes you feel like you don’t get the same treatment but at Reef 28 it was the opposite. We did the all inclusive package and that was definitely the right choice. The food was spectacular, the hotel seems almost brand new, rooms were very modern and spacious and the staff is what made our stay exceptionally amazing. From Uriel at check in who seamlessly welcomed us and helped us out to Francisco on the roof top who told me to stop coming up to the bar because I’m on vacation and he’ll be doing the walking! My wife and I had a wonderful stay and will be looking to try out their sister properties when coming back. Thoroughly enjoyed this experience and would 100% come back.

Stayed at the Reef28 for 4 days in April. All round good hotel, nothing particularly to complain about (although I did have a room on the quiet side of the hotel). Clean and well maintained. Food and drink options weren't bad and the roof top was a great place to unwind. The hotel is very close to the main drag of shops and restaurants and only a short walk (200m) to the beach. Hotel transportation to and from the airport was also efficient. Staff all very friendly.

Amazing holidays
We loved the hotel and the treatment. Everyone was very nice and friendly. We really appreciated the professionalism of Anel and Israel, as well as the blonde girl on the rooftop and the older waiter who served us the first day during lunch at Cachito.

Go see Francisco!
Francisco is very friendly and provided great service. The shrimp tostadas were very good. I wish Francisco would always be my server. The breeze is very nice on the rooftop! Francisco has a great smile. Give Francisco a raise! Woo hoo!!!!!!
