Fun waterpark when you time it right to avoid the lines. Beach was amazing! Food is expensive for the quality. Reservation system is horrible. Some staff super friendly, others seems seem annoyed all the time.

-Very rude staff, ir you are seeking great service… go away - Our room smelled very bad and in all the days that we were there, it continuosly come and go that smelling. - the shower drain it was clogged, and a lot of hairs came out of the drain when I was taking a shower. - a lot of trash in common áreas in the hotel - lack of maintenance in the pools - we even saw a used cond** in the garden that leads to the kidclub THIS IS NOT A HIGH LUXURY HOTEL.

Aug 10, 2025The Reef is where it's at! Well worth what you spend to experience it!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Reef. From beginning to end, top to bottom, I can't rave about our trip enough. You know it's good when everyone says they want to go back, two days after returning home! This is a place for all ages, and trip types. I would encourage ANYONE who is remotely interested in Atlantis, to book the experience. You will certainly be cared for, and return home knowing the money spent was well worth it.

Underwhelming
Food is awful. Burned feet on hot sidewalks at waterpark. Should be a warning about that. Service is meh. Simply not worth the $$$$$

Had a nice stay overall
Overall we had a great stay. The property and our room was kept clean daily, though the room looked dated. Staff at the reef was nice, but some staff around the resort weren’t very pleasant or helpful. Service is alright, just slow at times. The Reef is good for larger families and its walkable distance to the cove and royal towers. Shuttle services can run more frequently, especially during busier months.
