There's nothing better than doing your research on a trip, going on that trip and the experience being even better than you hoped it would be. My wife and I stayed at the Reefs for 4 nights and the experience from beginning to end was absolutely phenomenal. Starting with Gershonae at the front desk who was phenomenally helpful for us and to all the staff at the restaurants and the bellman, the people were so friendly. So accommodating. The beaches were pristine, water aqua blue and not crowded at all. No dropping towels on a chair to reserve it. And the food, man, the food. Absolutely 5 Star. Amazing. Breakfast was great , lunch casual at Coconuts and Dinner at Solarium nicer but not over the top. Menu was very good but not extravagant. I would recommend the dinner plan. Every room has some kind of ocean view. Can you believe that? Every room. Can't believe how lucky we are to have found this gem. We will be making this at least a yearly stop if not more. Great to re charge your batteries We are in awe. Thank you Reefs Resort

The Reef's Resort & Spa - Couldn't Have Asked For A Better Experience
First vacation in 10 years; first trip to Bermuda. My wife & I were looking for a resort that offered everything (fine dining, a beautiful and easily accessible beach, upscale accommodations, scenic views) so we did not have to leave the resort. We wanted this to be a relaxing, stress-free experience. It surpassed our expectations. We are already planning our return trip

The Reefs resort was highly recommended by a local Bermudian. His recommendation was spot on. We met other guests who had been there multiple times and one couple comes annually. The resort was recently updated. They used high quality materials throughout. All rooms have a beautiful ocean view. The staff was excellent, very friendly, very accommodating, and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond. The owner, David was on premise and took time to greet and talk with each guest. He made sure everyone was taken care of. You can tell he is very proud and invested in his resort. From talking with islanders, he is well respected and considered a top notch hotelier - I agree! The food was excellent. Sumptuous breakfast menu and buffet - all included with your room. Did I say it was excellent - fresh fruit, pastries, I had the eggs benedict with smoked salmon. Lunch and dinner - excellent. Carlos the head chef prepared the snapper I caught on a fishing trip. It was cooked perfectly. All tables have amazing views overlooking the private beach and coral reefs. They offer kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling equipment. I highly recommend the snorkeling - the reefs were excellent with brain corals, fans, many fish. I particularly enjoyed seeing queen angelfish as they are one of my favorites. I would like to have explored more. The rooms were well furnished, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. The beds very comfortable with the sounds of the waves outside your door - made for some nice sleeping. I highly recommend this place. We had a great time!! Thanks to the wonderful staff. We plan to return.

Great facilities and staff
My fifth trip to The Reefs did not disappoint with beautiful facilities and attentive staff. I would be remiss if I did not mention staff member Oleksander. I needed a little extra help and he was more than willing to go above and beyond. We’ll be back.

Our new favorite Bermuda paradise....
The Reefs was a great choice for my wife and I. It was a modest sized resort with a beautiful private beach. We got a recently updated Ocean view room with spectacular views. The 2 restaurants are outstanding. Coconuts is on the water and has unbelievable romantic settings right on teh water or dine on the beach if you choose. Solaris perched atop the cliff has broad ocean views from a covered outdoor terrace. Both offer great food choices and excellent preparation to make everyone happy. The BIG difference is their staff. All were so friendly and welcoming, making sure all our needs were met at all times. I highly recommend The Reefs and am sure we will return in the future.
