    Unbelievable experience.

    I have been going back every year, sometimes twice a year to this resort. First and foremost it is because of the staff. They make you feel special. They remember my name and make me feel special. After meeting new people at the resort they all feel the same. The entertainment staff go out of their way to include you in festivities and make it fun. Guillermo’s water workout is awesome. I loved that the entertainment team extended their expertise to bartending classes and salsa etc, they knew it all and performed it well. Bryan, Oscar, Guerno (excuse spelling). EVERY staff member is awesome. The servers remembered me as well. Martine (best server ever) kindest Miguel, (best bartender ever) Lorenzo and the list goes on to the girls Alexandra, Ana banana and Claudia. The resort is beautiful and perfect for a true relaxing vacation where you are pampered. The beds and rooms are awesome. We ate at the sea and stone and never have had so much attention to detail and the food was 5 star. In finishing……EVERY ONE we met at the resort said the same thing…we come here because of the STAFF.

    Salsa Making Class

    We had so much fun at the salsa making class with Alejandra, Genaro, and Claudia! Highly recommend when visiting the Westin Cancun.

    Best hotel best staff

    I went for my birthday and this was a return trip I came here in March 2026 and had the best experience and treatment!! They remembered me from last time Martin was my guy back in March! This time I had the joy of Ana, Alejandra, Guillermo, Joaquin, and Genaro for the fun team and they taught me how to make pina calodas and authentic guacamole!! They're funny nice and patient it's such a joy:) at the bar we have Manuel, Fernando, Vicente, Eleazar, Wilbert, and Cesar! I even had the pleasure of meeting Walter the general manager he was exceptionally pleasant. Jazmin assisted me with my lunch getting cooked again I like my burgers well done so she made me a fresh one to my liking. The Westin is super comfortable and clean they keep the beach clean well maintained! I will always stay here with this amazing staff I'm so sad they're closing for renovations next yr 2027 if they have the same crew I'll definitely return when they reopen!!! Best hotel best views great food and entertainment!! I also did a cenote tour which was awesome experience, I LOVE IT HERE!! Oh the breakfast is amazing service unmatched the woman who made my eggs knew my order everyday without me having to tell her... I don't want to leave this was a great birthday thank you Westin staff. Oh one more thing they put bday balloons in front of my door!!!
