DO NOT STAY HERE!!
This property is Westin by name only. This is more of an overpriced self catering property than anything else. Half the staff is overworked and jaded and the other half just doesn’t care. This once jem of a resort is run down in need a massive overhaul not to mention you. some restaurants and staff that want to be there. We were meant to stay 5 days and checked out early!!!! I could go on and on about it all but it would take way too long. Save your time, money and expectations for another hotel on the island.

Disappointing Stay — Far from the Luxury Experience Promised
We stayed at the Westin St. John Villas for our Babymoon, and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations — especially compared to our wonderful stay at Marriott’s Buoy Haus in St. Thomas. The room itself was truly disappointing. We were placed in a remote area of the property that required shuttle service to get anywhere. While the shuttle was sometimes quick, it once took three calls and 30 minutes to arrive. Inside the villa, the bathroom tub was peeling, some floorboards and tiles were loose or missing, and the closet doors wouldn’t stay shut because the vent cover was missing — constantly blowing them open and making laundry frustrating. For a property that brands itself as a luxury resort, the amenities and service did not reflect that. There was no help offered with our bags, limited towel and turndown service, and the water to our unit was shut off twice during our stay. Overall, it felt like a 2-star experience at luxury pricing. In contrast, our stay at Marriott’s Buoy Haus was everything we hoped for: welcoming service, immaculate pools and beach, turndown service, help with luggage, and even fruit plates waiting for us in our room. That stay felt like a true resort experience; the Westin, unfortunately, did not. That said, the concierge was kind, the staff at Lemongrass were excellent, and the general grounds seemed well-maintained. Still, the villa and overall experience were lacking. We left feeling disappointed that our Babymoon didn’t live up to the Marriott standard we’ve always trusted.

Family time in St. John's
My family and I enjoyed the time we spend in The Westin St. John Resort Villas. Li"Mai, N" kayla and Trinique in the Main Office were very helpful and pleasant. Danielle and Susan from concierge where so nice to me and very helpful. The ladies in the restaurant Lemongrass, Ashley, Catherine and Helena make our time in The Westin the best we had in a long time. They make us laugh, and feel very important. Please, tell the ladies, that the girl from Mayaguez, PR thank them so much for making our vacation a time to remember. I also want to thank Llewllyn, our shuttle driver, who was so kind and make us laugh every time we took the shuttle with him. Please, tell him the girls from Puerto Rico which we call him Bombero., which is Firefighter in Spanish, thank him for also making our time in St. Johns memorable. Best Regards to everyone, Norma P.

What a great day
Arrived in September and left in October. Some rain but not a big problem. The grounds are absolutely beautiful even more so when you see deer or heron. We love this resort and all that it offers. Enjoy going to the beach each day or availing ourselves of what Cruz Bay watersports (on site) has to offer. All the upgrades are going well. We must thank the leadership. Already planning our return. Stay safe!

First visit in a long time
First visit to the Westin property in 30 years. Overall a great experience, they are remodeling all of the units, but I never had any issues with construction noise. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa and it was well appointed. The staff was eager to help
