Fernando at TRS was an exceptional butler! Even went the extra mile to decorate our room for our honeymoon, and bring us anything we could desire! He was amazing. We also loved classes with Chef Soto! He was so kind and fun. Anceli (I think that was her name) at the Healthy Bar was also so sweet and accommodating. We also loved the wait staff at El Gaucho the two nights we were there! Great trip!

Jun 29, 2025Butler services are a Joke, no UPGRADE
Upon our arrival, we were offered an upgrade for a swim-up room and other enticing services for (value $600 USD). This was to include Priority premium services, such as dinner reservations, (1) at the Spa, Bali beds by the pool, premium alcohol, a cabaret show with a 7-course dinner that was to include Lobster. Oh, and a BUTLER service. Well, let’s just say that the BUTLER (Brayan/Brain) was no help when it came to making reservations, accommodating our reservation requests. We were told repeatedly that, “Madam, this is ONLY based on AVAILABILITY “. Huge disappointment, and we will not be returning to your resort. The Rafa Nadal Tennis center was lovely, we played tennis everyday, but again… we made our own reservations to play tennis and we had yo do that in person once we arrived at the tennis courts. The grounds were beautiful. Our a/c was broken in our room, we reported this the first day we got there and they brought over a broken portable AC unit that did not work. After questioning them several days… They said they didn’t want to move us because we were staying right next to our friends ,Rm 1012. We were in room 1014, again, no a/c. This is unacceptable. My husband and I have decided that this room (1014) why is under construction and not being used. No hair dryer, no bathrobes, no ice bucket, no bottle opener, no A/C. Shameful.

Great getaway
We enjoyed our stay at the TRS Coral hotel. Our swim up room was in the perfect position close to the pool, lobby and swim up bar. Transportation around the resort was handled by golf carts. Sometimes we had to wait 5-10 mins for an available ride. Our butlers Adrian and Bryan were very attentive and checked on us on a daily basis. Food on the resort I would give a B+. Some of the drinks weren’t strong but it’s all inclusive just order another one. Overall it was a great getaway and you really don’t need to leave the resort for anything.
