May 11, 2025Grand Palladium a great spot for everyone!!
Gracias Alex por la classe de espanyol . Me Enconto. I have so enjoyed my stay at the Grand Palladium. My husband and I started with a tour of the grounds with Alexandra and I Ended with a great Spanish class. In our two week stay we managed to go to Bravo and Chic both were amazing and I would highly recommend. We enjoyed 5 massages and a facial between us, I saw Berenice for a massage and a facial and she was brilliant . My husband saw both Mayel and Marisol and both were great. I can’t really say enough about the hotel, lots of places to go to sit and be entertained. The entertainment was really good. All the staff were friendly, alway a smile and hello and so helpful. Muchas gracias por unas vacaciones estupendas. Volveremos!

A wonderful week
Our butlers were superb. Villa 62, Alex, Fernando, Francisco and Maggie responded to every need and went above and beyond to treat us special celebrating our 36 wedding anniversary. Servers, David at La Boheme, Fernando at Helios, Flavio at Caprecho all did an amazing job

TRS Yucatan
A Beautiful resort , the Butlers assigned to each block of rooms are so helpful and will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible It’s clean and being all inclusive means just that you only pay for Spa treatment or to visit the caberate well worth every dollar, a fast variety of food and drink is a available including room service , The pool areas are great low key music and comfortable beds to use, There are golf carts zipping around so if you find walking hard they pick you up drop you off . The staff are very pleasant and will do your every wish

Amazing Trip
My wife and I had an amazing experience in this resort not only due to the beautiful views but because of the amazing butler Alex Sauceda. Not only would he make sure the car was ready for us for dinner but he would always look at the small details. Putting rose petals on our bed, our favourite drinks in the fridge being fully stocked, he truly made this experience for what it was - special and extravagant. We would love to come back especially if we had the honour of having Alex as our butler again.

Sadly we had several issues with our stay. Transport and check-in were incredibly frustrating, food quality, and watered down alcohol to name a few. But the resort was gorgeous, beautiful pools and ambiance, and amazing staff. The rooms were very clean. Got sick from the water, which they claimed was all filtered.
