Jun 29, 2025We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our butlers Gabriel, Eduardo, and Belen during our stay at the TRS Yucatá
Our stay at TRS Yucatán in Tulum was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and well taken care of. The resort itself is stunning; beautifully maintained grounds. One of the highlights of our trip was how much fun we had while still feeling totally safe. Whether we were lounging by the pool with a cocktail, enjoying live music at night, or taking part in the beachside activities, the atmosphere was always upbeat and welcoming. The staff was outstanding; friendly, attentive.

We had to wait 7 hours (After 10pm) before our room was ready for check in. Front desk staff and Supervisor were rude and unprofessional.

Best resort in Riviera Maya
We can’t wait to return! Everything from service, transportation around resort, food, liquor, butlers Jessica and Eric, and infinity pool was top notch.

Archery and rifling!
We did archery and rifle shooting during our stay. Alessandra was an amazing!!! She was patient and clear when she explained things. Alessandra was friendly and accommodating.

Our family had su ch a wonderful time in Rivera Maya! Some people always make the trip special and we feel are extended family! Rene in TRS and Alfredo in La Terraza we have known for years and they are the best! They treat you like family and make the best drinks! A new experience was lunch at La Jarra in family section. The chicken and pork ribs are the best and were delivered to us everyday. You can tell these sweet chefs take pride in their work! Best meal!!! Last, thank you to Brenda in the travel club who always helped us out and took care of everything we needed. Can’t wait to see you all again!!!!
