    Excellent food, Professional staff, Good hotel.

    Food is excellent - variety of options every day. They have a cafe, which is serving all kinds of coffee and snacks during the day and until late night. Staff is polite, professional and helpful. Pools are clean and well-maintained. Lots if options for pool activities for kids and adults. Beach was not good. Although I was there during the seaweed season and the hotel management was doing its best to clean it every day, it was hard to get in and out into the sea because of sharp rocks (or perhaps corals) at the bottom.

    Resort and Butlers wonderful - the seaweed and sell were really disappointing

    The butler’s - Celine Iván and Cali were wonderful The resort is beautiful. The rooms were great. The food is incredible. However, the issue with the seaweed and the smell, was really upsetting and the fact that you couldn’t go into the ocean was a real let down That’s the only reason I didn’t give it a four or five

    Ventus Resort

    A wonderful, luxurious resort filled with amazing experiences. The food is delicious, thanks to Chef Eduardo Nieves. His dishes are versatile and most of all, delicious!

    A family vacation turns into a family memory.

    The resort is fantastic, the food excellent, but the service made the trip fabulous . We had 3 rooms, 3 couples. Celine, Ivan, Cali, Samuelito, Erik, and Alex get all the credit for making this family vacation into a family memory.

    Outstanding All inclusive resort experience

    The resort was amazing, the food , the accommodations and variety of pools for relaxation made the whole experience worth while We had a butler service that handled everything we wanted while we were there. Our room was continuously stocked with refreshements. Our butler , Sebastian , was so attentive to our needs. The butler service elevated our stay to something we will be looking forward to next time.
