The resort is fabulous as always. It represents a family vacation and it feels like our second home. Members since 1987. Every guest are treated like royalty and the smiles are incredible on each and every employee….its a fun resort. The staff is very accommodating I’d like to mention Patricia room division manager, Kenya front desk supervisor, Bellmans Joel, Jesus,Ismal,David,Moses, Carlos the members concierge staff Gina, Kaori, Anna,Roger,Alondra,Monse, Bianca,Dahen, activity staff Ian, Sergio,Diana, Charlie,Salvador, Mar, Paco,Ely, Liz,Paul the butler, Alfredo pool conceirge, Claria,Amalia,

Fun in the sun
Paco and Mar are wonderful ambassadors for the resort . The activities that they run are always fun and welcoming. Water aerobics , table tennis , black jack and the crazy games are all fun . Thank you for making us feel welcomed

Too many complaints to list them all. After we checked into our suite, twice did a bellman and supervisor come into our room telling us we were in the wrong suite. After they looked on their phone they said we were in the correct room. After we came back from dinner our room keys didn't work. The quite pool was closed. The elevators didn't always work. The requested time for maid service was never followed. The Italian restaurant for the week was only a buffet. The pool was not heated. We requested a bellmen on the last day to take our bags, and he never showed up. There is more, but I think you get the point

Great experience
We have had an excellent time at Villadel palmar so far. The staff and there are several worth mentioning. Anna, Roger, Alonda, Monse, Bianca, and Daren of the members/concierge have been very helpful whenever we had an issue. We have also enjoyed the service of bartenders Santiago and Leonardo as they huddle to get our drinks and answer our questions about where to find service.

Fun activities for everyone!
Our family of four stayed at Villa Del Palmar for 10 days, and we truly enjoyed the wide range of activities offered throughout our stay. We participated in Mexican Lottery, ping pong tournaments, bingo, and various water games, and had a great time joining in on several of them and winning prizes! A huge shout-out to Ely, Mar, and Paco, who led many of these activities and did an outstanding job. Their fun, high-energy approach was contagious and kept everyone engaged, laughing, and having a great time. They also lead other activities around the resort with the same enthusiasm, and it really adds to the overall experience.
