Jun 14, 2025The culture of kindness where all family
The hotel has a great culture. It reminds me of Hawaii where the guests are family specially, Malena. She has been excellent very good listener and there’s nothing I can’t come over and ask her about that. She doesn’t have the knowledge of along with the staff at the front desk they have gone out of their way for me Just to get the ATM machine. Oh, I go with you the smallest thing anything I need there let me know or give me a taxi, outstanding gentleman just real kindness, like to say Mago Magali and Martin Ruben are very helpful too, all the staff is great!!!

Hotel review and entertainment staff - Arath
The hotel was great, baby friendly. We came as a family. Arath on the entertainment staff was always there to have fun! He played ping pong, black jack, bingo, and kept us entertained all trip. If you come to this resort, find Arath for some fun!

Entertainment Staff Review - Arath
Arath is a great blackjack dealer who may cheat. He does a great job hosting the shows and makes the experience way more enjoyable! I also really enjoy the food!

Great hotel - Arath was great too!
The hotel was great! Arath was great on the entertainment staff, making everyday fun and keeping us entertained! If you come to this resort, look for Arath!

10/10 Resort!!
Luis and Margarita are the best concierges I’ve ever had on a trip by far! He helped us out with scuba diving. He also gave us a list of great restaurants, bars, and sights to see.
