    Narrow-minded

    You must be have a lot of patience, they shoud be understand that we had a long day and want to enjoy our vacations, not spend more than an hours at the front desk because their check in method is archaic, is not My first time here and things have gotten worse. I bookt 4 one bedroom suit all under my father's name, when we arrived, the process was so boring because they want the passports for all of us, and each signature for 16 people imagine how many time takes that, why? If everything was under my father's name. A lot of signatures, that's don't look like a 5 stars hotel, I'll give you a poorly rate because you don't think about guest satisfaction, also you need more staff at the restaurants. Congratulations Paula maide, Melany front desk she answer all our questions, and the guy at the towel site.

    Great Bingo game!

    Ian was great with us and playing a great game of bingo. We have loved our stay here at Villa de Palomar. Gerry has been an amazing concierge and very helpful.

    The experience has been PERFECT!!!!!

    This was my first time here in mexico and I had so much fun. Charly, Salvador, and Marcos made my experience unforgettable. I love to vibe and hang out with them everyday I have been here.

    Great time

    The staff was very friendly and made the experience. My family and I have been enjoying our self to the fullest and would definitely recomendaciones the Resort. Ian , Salvador, Marcos, Miguel ( taxi ), made sure we had a great time and made us feel unstoppable! Felt very safe and secure on the resort and will be coming back!
