  Great but not worth the price tag

  Room - Beautful, clean and spacious. Almost too spacious. We had 7 people and had two connecting units. They would only give us 4 reusable water bottles even though we had 7 people and booked two units. If we had booked the units separately they probably would’ve given us more reusable water bottles. So it didn’t make sense why they wouldn’t give us more. Grounds - beautifully maintained. Pool is lovely but there is minimal service at the pool. Sometimes there is an attendant but we kept having to track him down for food / drink orders. We’d just go to the bar ourselves since it’s right there anyway. So there really isn’t much of pool service. Beach - feels like it might be the widest part of the Grace bay / Bight Beach area. It’s pretty wide, soft sand (but much grainier when you get into the water). Again beach service is lacking. The attendant is rarely to be found. They have service call buttons but they never worked. We’d end up walking to the beach bar ourselves to get service (bartender Irene was awesome and very nice). Sidenote: If you tip the attendants when they set up your chairs they’ll come around more frequently to check on you. The watersports team is disorganized. Those guys had me running back and forth for gear. They provided no direction. The snorkel trail is about a 10 minute walk to the right outside of the resort ( we did see sting rays and an Eagle Ray right outside in the water at the beach). Turtle cove is about 35 minute walk out to the left. Restaurants - I’d say the dining was ok . Buffett was weak. Much better places to eat around (walk to the Marine Room down the street. It is amazing!) Also the sister resort, Rockhouse is gorgeous. Overall - the service was lacking and the front desk person lacked warmth or something (never said Hi or greeted us when we saw her around the resort, she just gave us dirty looks). The waitstaff /bartenders were much nicer and friendly. The food was okay and beach and pool were great. I liked the quietness of the resort and rooms were spacious. I don’t know that I’d go back to this particular hotel because the service just wasn’t great, especially for the price you are paying. Staff needs to be more attentive and friendly.

  Wonderful experience !

  This resort is amazing and very clean. I loved my room. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again. Roshana and Margaret were amazing. Roshana was helpful and always asked if I needed anything. My daughter loved the kids club in which Margaret hosted.

  Great 3-Night Stay!

  We had a great 3-night stay at the West Bay Club. The entire time we were there, every staff member was extremely friendly. Upon check-in, they carried our bags to the room and made sure we knew all of the features of the hotel. The room itself was clean with a comfortable bed. The A/C worked great, which was critical after coming in from the heat and humidity. The pool was very nice with plenty of lounge chairs. The beach area also had plenty of lounge chairs, so there was never a need to get there early to make sure you had one for the day. There was also food and drink service right on the beach. Another great feature was having water bottle filling stations near the pool and beach. There were kayaks and paddle boards available for free for guests to use. When one of us started floating away on a paddle board, they even had someone go out and "rescue" her. The location is perfect and it's an easy drive to/from the airport, along with other locations in Grace Bay. There was also plenty of parking.

  West Bay On My Birthday

  I spent my birthday at West Bay Club and honestly, it was such a beautiful experience. The resort went above and beyond to make it feel special—from the gorgeous suite to the surprise room setup with balloons, champagne, and macarons. It was the sweetest touch and set the tone for the whole trip. The staff was amazing—super friendly and attentive. Rashonda, in particular, was incredible. She made sure we had everything we needed and really took care of us throughout our stay. The food was solid across the board, and breakfast especially hit the spot each morning. I just wish they switched it up a bit more so it didn’t feel quite so repetitive by the end of the trip. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this resort is perfect. It’s relaxing, serene, and right on a beautiful stretch of beach. Just keep in mind, it’s about a 15-minute taxi ride (around $20 USD) from the main Grace Bay area where most of the restaurants, bars, and shops are. So if you want to be in the middle of the action, their sister property, Grace Bay Club, might be more your speed. Also, don’t sleep on Azure Restaurant and Lounge—it’s super close by and a great vibe for dinner, cocktails, hookah, and music with a live DJ. All in all, West Bay Club made my birthday unforgettable, and I’d absolutely go back.

  Memorable Suprise Birthday and Marriage Proposal Stay

  We stayed in their ocean front luxury suite which was really nice. The suite was kept clean, nicely decorated, spacious with a balcony and with great views of the beach/ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I worked with their Concierge staff in helping me plan a surprise birthday and marriage proposal for my girlfriend that included flowers, a photographer and restaurant suggestions. The surprise included 11 close friends and family. Roshana (and the staff) was especially helpful in all aspects and great in accommodating us when we all arrived and throughout our stay.
