Rooms were nice...food was good...the girl working around the pool Alicia is excellent she works so hard. Pools were clean. Dj was good. Every waiter was great. There are plenty of activities during the day. Very quiet at night. Very close to the airport. The gym was well equipped .

La verdad si tengo la oportunidad de volver a venir lo haré , el establecimiento y la atención del personal es muy buena
El resort se me hizo muy bueno tiene de todo , es apto para venir en familia y en lo personal la clase de gap nos gustó mucho a mi mamá y a mi , todo el personal es muy atento en general , la comida en general es muy buena , y las instalaciones ni se digan , me encantó

Ready for a Replay!
Great resort. Extremely clean. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Individual shout outs to Luis from the Entertainment staff, Sergio at the beach bar, pool bar staff and Carlos our server in the La Paloma restaurant. Rooms are comfy and the shower is roomy with a high showerhead to accommodate taller people. La Paloma is the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet restaurant. Food was pretty good. If you're expecting a 3 star Michelin experience at an all inclusive like some reviewers, then you'll be disappointed. Food at the poolside restaurants was good. Ended up at the Viva Mexico poolside for street tacos multiple times. The burger stand had great cheeseburgers, fries and wings. The only thing that kept this from being a perfect stay was the ribeye steak I had at the La Vista restaurant. Would not recommend. Visually unappealing and poor quality as well. Was like meat from a dairy cow. Conversely, my wife had the catch of the day which was Mahi Mahi and it was very good. Liquor is house pours. Premium liquor is available; however, at a premium price. For those hung up on this, house pours will get you where you want to be. It doesn't matter if you have house tequila or Patron in your frozen mango margarita. Great beach with plenty of lounge chairs available. One caveat: ocean is pretty rough here. Accessible but pretty strong undertow with small, crashing waves. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas aunque con un aroma algo desagradable como humedad. El personal muy atento sin embargo insuficiente para dar un buen servicio, pocos meseros sobre todo en las albercas. Los alimentos en el desayuno regulares. En la comida buenos y en las cenas muy buenos.
