Excellent service and the staff was extremely attentive. The food was exceptional as well. Only down side was the amount of seaweed this time of year at the beach. If you wake up early there are periods where you can enjoy clear waters for a few hours.

As a travel agency owner who was co-hosting a group at the resort, overall, the group had the following positive feedback; 1. Customer service was great. 2. Rooms were spacious with a great view 3. Lots of amenities and activities 4. Loved the Diamond Level guest category. benefits. 5. The spa was amazing! The following feedback on things that could be improved 1. The food at the restaurants was hit or mss. And in some cases was salty. 2. The property, while esthetically appealing, needs to be updated. It's worn and shows it. -chipped, cracking, worn baseboards, broken doors, etc. I personally was placed in a room that smelled awful and was by the service elevator. My A/C unit rattled loudly and had to be repaired during my stay. The 12th floor halls smelled like mold and mildew. We would definitely consider the Royalton Chic CAncun again once it has been updated. Thanks

PARTY PARADISE
The resort is gorgeous; the staff are amazing. Our check in was perfect, like entering paradise. The room was beautiful and cleaned / stocked daily. Our Butler service helped us navigate anything we needed. The bartenders and pool staff made the trip! Shout out to our favorites Kevin and Juan! Thanks for a great vacation. I wouldn't say it is a "romantic getaway". But it was perfect for a girls trip.
