Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms, lovely view with pretty good food!
I absolutely loved my birthday trip to Cabo and this hotel was a major reason why. The staff are so kind and accommodating, rooms are nice with gorgeous views, and it is a great mix of beach and pool. PROS: This resort is unlike other all inclusive I have been to because it is in the heart of everything in the marina and not isolated. We could walk to restaurants, shops, and the pier to take a sunset boat cruise. Your room has a great view of the marina. TIP: download the app so you can book the hike, yoga class, ask for room service or mini bar refill Staff here are excellent and go out of their way to make your trip better. We loved going on the guided hike with Stephani to the weather station and the yoga class with Veronica (I have done yoga for ten years and her expertise is unmatched!) The tranquility pool was perfect for relaxing (what a view!), and the pool with the DJ was so much fun (even better view of the ocean). Shout out to Mariano and Williams at the pool bar for bringing the drinks! You can go in the water at the beach, but even with a yellow flag I could tell the current was stronger than I am used to. My husband snorkeled in the more shallow area of the beach with hotel provided equipment. The Mexican restaurant had good ambience and food, and Miguel was the best waiter. We enjoyed the greek and seafood restaurants by the beach at night...Also- nelson, yesler, jorge and Omar offered great service. Bites was good for breakfast by the pool if you just wanted peace and a la carte options. Rueben and Jennifer were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was smaller than what you expect at an all inclusive but it gets the job done just fine. The concerns I had with this hotel are very nit picky, but the hotel can always improve! CONS: When we first arrived after traveling for 13 hours and not having had a meal for 8 hours (and explained this to the staff), we were forced to sit through a marketing pitch. Tip for the hotel: next time, allow guests to get a snack, offer a beverage and a cold towel if you are going to make us sit down and listen to your sales ploy after a long day when we just want a bite to eat, a drink and to cool off in our room. Rooms could use more charging areas. We did have some unexpected wake ups with the staff trying to accommodate us... Room service called me at 520 AM and woke me up because they wanted to know if i wanted 3 eggs or 3 orders of eggs for my 6 am breakfast order. And someone knocked on our door at 1045 PM to ask if we wanted any more towels. Be sure to use the "do not disturb" sign. It was more difficult than I would have expected to get the mini bar refreshed and sometimes the app malfunctioned and my request didn't go through. The hotel has a fun pool party during the day that ends at 6pm when the DJ stops......There aren't as many shows and entertainment at night as I have seen at other all inclusive hotels, We arrived and were tired friday and missed the show, and other nights during the week they just had karaoke, silent disco, etc. They have a gorgeous rooftop that is so underutilized- I wish they had an open bar and entertainment each night up there! If you are looking for nightly entertainment during the week, this wont be the hotel for you. But the marina is walking distance and you can get to all the bars if you need that in your life.

We had a great time! Location, Location, Location!!
We loved the resort. The location is awesome for walking around the marina area. Our view from our room was the best! The pools were amazing, however, I would like to note that one pool is small and quiet. One pool is very loud. We were only hear for one day/night. I feel like this resort probably has a lot of groups and events. There was a DJ at the pool area who did a great job. We would most likely come back to Breathless but I might spend more time at the quiet pool. The food was delicious and the coffee shop was a don't miss!!

I can’t believe this hotel is Hyatt! To start with you arrive at the lobby which looks like a cave, dark, low ceiling and no AC. It’s extremely confusing to get around this hotel, there’s bunch of different elevators and to get to the main pool and the beach you have to walk 10-15 minutes to another building under a scorching sun and take more stairs/elevators. The main pool area was blasting rough rap music with offensive lyrics all day, it was unbearable. The towels are horrible, plastic and not absorbing water at all. The only buffet was at breakfast, and it was bad, located in small dark room, very limited choices. No buffet for lunch or dinner, so you are forced to sit at restaurants and wait for al least an hour to be served and get your food which is mediocre at best. No AC at any restaurant! Service very slow. The rooms were good, spacious, bed and pillows comfortable. One of sinks in our rooms was leaking water on the floor. We also had to call to get robes and slippers in the room. The balconies get sunny very early and it’s very hot and you can smell the gas from all the boats passing by (we were on highest floor). Service was good at the coffee bar, the exhale bar and by the small pool. The location of the hotel is nice, basically you are downtown, so you can walk around. The beach was nice also. Overall, disappointed with this hotel for the price and presentation you see online doesn’t match reality.
