    Great times with my wife thanks to staff

    Everyone of the staff was so so nice , the only thing is the food was not the best the jerk chicken was amazing though along with fish deck was also delicious. Rhazzor and tash were the absolute best along with vishel from the office and Michael the chef.

    General bad experience

    My patience has been exhausted. After a signed agreement and 5 months of waiting, a promised partial refund from the Alexandra has failed to show up. If you go there; beware of promises made and not kept by management. Check in at reception was poor and rushed compared to experiences in our numerous island trips. The room was tiny [ I have had bigger motel rooms on Interstate 35] and in no way, was the view as presented in website picture. Bed was hard! I had to go to chiropractor 4X to get my back straightened out. The AC blew directly on the bed. Not much for direction change. Food was either very good or very bad. Not much in between. The breakfast buffet is boring, smallish, and lukewarm. Service was similar, either very good or very bad. Beach access to a bathroom is horrible and distant. Pool service was non-existent, but the music was not. Very loud@!!@. Beware of exorbitant prices on excursions from the resort store. If you take the shuttle to Blue Haven, be careful of full buses and line jumpers, and a promised quick return to get the stranded guests that doesn’t show up. I placed numerous calls to the front desk on another issue; no answer, numerous rings until automatic hang up. Best part: THE BEACH!! Plenty of lounges, great service, and cold beverages. Nuff said. Won’ be going back

    Best service ever. Everyone was so indubitably kind and the service was on point. They love everyone who comes here. They pride themselves on the aspect of being awesome at volleyball and drinking games. Again awesome awesome service!

    Best trip ever!!!! So much fun and I had the most amazing time with my family!!!! Lettuce, Rhazor, Tash, Barbie, and Kirmon made the trip so memorable!!

    We had a fabulous time - the beach and ocean is out of this world. Crystal clear, waveless, warm sea and white soft sand. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The chef, Fyre, is impeccable - delicious food and warm hospitality. Sudion made us feel like home, thank you for your care! Also special thanks to Sammi (water sports), Iyola, Thermina, Christina, Charlene, Mary Chris and Rosalyne for making our stay extra lovely.
