  Amazing

  This resort is beautiful! Clemente was an amazing butler very respectful and patient.. the staff was amazing , respectful and made my stay so much smoother and better thank you so much will be back again

  Stunning luxury resort

  I took my wife here to celebrate her 50th birthday. I had done allot of research on luxury resorts and as it was her first visit to the Caribbean and the milestone birthday i wanted to make sure we went to a special place. I must say this resort exceeded our expectations. Just the initial experience of being whisked away by one of their aircraft was a defining moment as to how things were only going to only get better from then on. The location obviously speaks for itself. It is truly an amazing setting. We stayed in a beach bungalow and we were amazed at the luxurious style of the room and the amenities that come with the bungalow. The private pool outside your sliding door and footsteps in the golden sand to the Caribbean Sea. I found the property to be of fair value for what the whole package entailed. The bungalow, and resort amenity areas were all spotlessly clean. We found the facility to be very private which is what we wanted so it was very tranquil. The thing that really set it apart for me in comparison to other Caribbean destinations I have been to was the standard in service. It was the best I have ever experienced. It was white glove service without the stuffiness, rather a polished service but delivered in island fashion. I have to mention some of the staff who we thought were truly amazing. Junnel who was our waitress at Calico on the night we arrived set the tone for how it was to continue. I am in the restaurant industry and own three of my own and I can tell you I would love for her to be part of my team. She really defines excellent customer service, I also must mention Luis another member of the waitstaff team that made sure we were treated like royalty. Evelyn, Miguel and Diane and Jason all were absolutely brilliant at their jobs and made our getaway an unforgettable one. We didn’t participate in everything the resort had to offer as we wanted to just unwind and recharge our batteries. We didn’t participate go tot he hangover floating bar which was a great trip and the bartender was stellar. We also paddle boarded and the young gentleman in charge of the water sports that day was like a new best friend. We also used the spa facilities which were fantastic. The food quality and standard is excellent, the drink choices are also. I would highly reccomend this resort if you want to be treated to a very high standard and pampered. This is not a resort where you party all night and have loud pounding music filling the air until the wee hours, instead this is a resort that allows you to enjoy good food and libations and truly sit back and relax and soak it all in while recharging your battery. Thank you to all the staff who made our trip and my wife’s birthday a truly amazing experience. We will be back !!!

  Incredible service and a raw, beautiful private island resort!

  We had a wonderful stay at Ambergis Cay Resort! The overall experience was fantastic, but the service truly went above and beyond, especially thanks to our butler, Shervin! He made our stay extra special. The resort has a beautiful, raw, natural charm, which we absolutely loved. At the same time, there are areas that feel a little “unfinished” and have the potential to be further developed and enhanced as the resort continues to grow. We stayed in the Bungalows right on the water, and the experience was incredible! The views were breathtaking, and having direct access to the water was an absolute dream. The sand in this area was also the nicest we experienced. However, while the sand was nice, it wasn’t quite as soft and plush as some of the beaches Turks and Caicos is known for in our opinion. It seems the resort is still building and improving certain areas as it goes, which makes sense given that we heard it opened about six years ago. There are a good number of activities included in the stay, although some of the additional experiences can be a bit pricey. At the moment, only two restaurants were open, but the food was absolutely delicious, so we certainly weren’t disappointed! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the natural beauty of the resort, the incredible views, and, most of all, the exceptional service. With continued development and a few finishing touches, this resort has the potential to be even more spectacular. A special thank-you to Shervin for making our stay so memorable!

  Life changing resort.

  Absolutely fantastic resort. Clay, GK, Thiri, Pedro, Francini, Jason W, Miguel, Jose, and so many others, were wonderful. The food is out of this world. The views are incredible. Don't miss the Hangover Bar. It's been our favorite consistently.

  Paradise on Earth

  Our experience was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we were whisked to a private lounge at the airport to catch the flight to the island, we were treated like royalty. The views are jaw dropping, the food at both Calico and the Clubhouse is incredible with a wide variety of choices to please every palate but the stars of the show are the staff who somehow manage to make this five star resort feel even more special. You want for nothing, they notice every detail while treating you like family they are so happy to see. Special people on our trip started with our server Junel I would pack up and take back home with me if I could. Evelyn is equally impressive, so bubbly and attentive. Miguel and Jose Luis, Pedro and the somelier Jason all took amazing care of us. I did paddle boarding with Cayden who again managed to make me feel right at home with a longtime friend. The bartenders Dianna at the Hangover Bar and Thiri at Calico make the absolute best drinks and again, manage to make you feel at home and relaxed. The place is also spotless. I simply can’t say enough good things about this beautiful relaxing place that thinks of everything and offers seclusion, romance and the most incredible experience.
