    It was fantastic!

    - First time here with my family and it was one of the best vacations I have ever had! Service was incredible and the staff were very friendly! - We had two butlers Alejandro and Rodolfo, they were extremely kind and helped us with any issues and helped us set up reservations, trips, activities, and so much throughout the week! - Will most definitely be returning to the fabulous place!

    Awesome as expected!

    3rd time back and The Atelier continues to deliver the best of the best. We had the Inspira Master Suite which has got to be one of the nicest suites in all of Mexico. Butler Oswaldo & Luis went above and beyond to take the best care of us and anything we needed. We celebrated our anniversary and they made the day very special! They are a true asset to this resort! As far as anything negative to say we were aware of the sales pitch for the “vacation club”. Having traveled for many hours the last thing we needed to start our luxury vacation was a rude employee named Rosella. We knew what was coming and really just wanted to get to our room. She continued on about “how do you know you aren’t interested if I haven’t told you anything”? We politely said not interested again and she literally got up from her desk and walked away, leaving us there without any direction. I was shocked at this type of behavior. If we had been new to the resort and unfamiliar with the next step we would have been lost. Several comments have been made on Facebook about this type of treatment by the concierges trying to get you to agree to a tour/breakfast. We got in touch with our butler who was surprised that we didn’t have our luggage yet. He immediately went and got our luggage arrangements taken care of and got us started on our vacation. The food remains a highlight of this resort. Lots of choices and all delicious. There is something for everyone here! Anniversary dinner at Maria Dolores did not disappoint. Carmelo was our server for the 3rd year in a row. His knowledge of the menu and culture makes it an even grander experience. Had dinner twice at El Suspiro, grilled lobster has to be a favorite. Juan Canto did a great job and took good care of us. The only not so good meal came from my previously favorite Los Abrazos. I bragged on them last year that they were able to get my steak the perfect medium well. Not so this year. Had to send the filet back more than twice. My husband was done with his entire meal before I even got my steak. Everyone was apologetic but that shouldn’t happen at a steak house. The rooftop Inspira pool was a favorite place to hang out and enjoy the day. Had great service there from everyone working. All in all, The Atelier has filled their property with wonderful employees who seem to enjoy their jobs. Rarely was there any employee who didn’t speak or acknowledge us when we passed them. Our butlers Oswaldo & Luis were are large part of our great vacation and we will most certainly be back!

    Donovan Mercado 19

    Donovan at Mercado 19 was amazing. One of the best waiters I have ever had. Not just here, but in America too. This man hustles his butt off 100% of the time and always makes sure you’re satisfied. He needs to train other people on how it’s done! Amazing work!

    Excellent visit already planning next trip

    Great place all the staff are very nice and friendly. Donovan was probably the best waiter we had during our week we stayed. And he was always a pleasure to talk to as well. We are already planning our next trip back here.

    Donovan is an amazing server at mercado 19. He was very kind since we arrived and had amazing service. Everyone was kind and attentive, the food is amazing as well as the scenery and architecture. I would come again.
