  Atelier playa mujeres it’s the place to go with your love one for an amazing experience

  We have an amazing time the whole week At Maria Dolores , Michelin star restaurant we experience a great food and very friendly staff Roman & Niko were kind, professional and very friendly At Calais de Luna we recommend any plates and drinks but ask for Jair to have a great time Finally but not less than the other 2 restaurants we have Armando taking care every detail at Kopai Japanese restaurant making sure that we have everything in order to get the best time

  The best all inclusive that I’ve been too.

  This was an amazing trip. The food was great and Lazaro Alberto took great care of me! I was impressed by the entire experience!

  Worth all 5 stars

  Excellent all inclusive experience. From check in to the restaurants and the beach, the service was impeccable. Alex and his team are great at putting together an entertaining experience. The service in the restaurants is very professional and personal and well worth the five stars the resort receives. Roman and his team at Maria Delores exceed expectations and deliver exceptionally prepared food. A memorable trip that we’ll take again.

  What a grand escape!

  We found ATELIER to be one of the very best vacation destinations in the Mexican Riviera that we've been to. From the moment we arrived as first time guests, my husband and I were personally and warmly welcomed by Cynthia with two glasses of cold sparkling wine to enjoy and a refreshing face towel. In a comfy lobby spot, Cynthia introduced ATILIER to us in a wonderful way, and shared the many places we would be enjoying. Cynthia even knew we had already scheduled a dinner at Maria Dolores and a couples' massage a Nuup Spa. She helped us create our personal schedule of what we wanted to do with ease, which allowed us to enjoy our stay without worry or waste of time! Cynthia was excellent. The property is beautifully laid out. It has exquisite interiors with shops, restaurants, and splendidly curated spaces. We loved the luxurious, yet delicate fragrance everywhere! Entering our "habitacion", it was at the perfect temperature, beautifully designed, very well appointed, and pristinely clean. Need I mention the bar with an array of libations? We decided after talking with Cynthia, to learn more about INSPIRA during our stay. That was where we met Daniella for breakfast and we learned about the perks of becoming a member. She was fun, engaging, and knew ATALIER and its history very well. After learning from her and Ivan there were options that were a good fit for us, we decided to do a membership. We love Playa Las Mujeres and would come back enough anyway to make it worth it and enjoy! We received a free 50 minute massage with hydrotherapy as their compliments to enjoy during our stay. More spa to enjoy! Upon agreeing, champagne was popped and we were celebrated with a special gift. We also got to swap our current Jr Suite for a swim-out suite that was available, through our now activated membership, for the rest of our stay! We were warmly handed off to our butler/mayordomo dynamic duo, Luis and Osvaldo! Luis and Osvaldo were wonderful overseeing the details of our stay, moving our luggage, providing our coupon for airport VIP access as a member, etc. They were just a call away to help where needed. Ice to the room, reservations, etc. Entertainment was a lot of fun and very unique. The Acrobatic show was incredible. We enjoyed the unique guitarist at the pool and the sax player at MADO . All the restaurants we tried were fantastic. Breakfast has many delicious options. Of course, a big star of the show was the beautiful beach with white sand, blue-green water, great spots to enjoy, and an awesome view of Isla Las Mujeres and the occasional parasailer or catamaran sailor. The beach wait staff rocked, making sure our frozen margaritas were kept in ample supply. The Nuup Massages were fabulous! Beautiful, pristine, and a calming aura everywhere. All the staff was excellent. Loved the steam room, sauna, and all else. The first couple's Swedish was fabulous! Ada was excellent! My husband forgot his masseuse's' name. Our second was the Frida y Diego with Inrid and Gina. Just sublime. Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries after. Wow!! What truly helped us decide on an INSPIRA membership, was the staff. Everyone, from every level of staff, we found to be welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Kudos to Cristian, our attentive waiter at Maria Dolores, and to our sommelier, David who introduced us to some fantastic Mexican wine! Rusbel, our swim up bartender near the beach was fantastic, and so was Artisal. The Good: All of the above The just OK: Sometimes the beer could have been colder at the swim up bars. Please consider an extra waiter by beachside pool. Ours had to cover the whole pool while we were there, with most chairs full. There's still a lot to explore and to wonderfully surprise us at ATILIER. We cant wait to go back soon and enjoy! Pati and Ray

  Perfect birthday trip!

  This was the best vacation I've ever had. Everything about the hotel oozed luxury. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, our room was great, and we had a blast. There's a website for guests with activities, restaurants, and a map, but it was still a little confusing to navigate at times. We got a swim out room, and I think it was 100% worth it - even though the swim out area is shared with other rooms, it still felt very secluded, and we used it every day. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and even with an advisory for seaweed, the water was still lovely to swim in - I think the hotel does a lot to keep it clean! I celebrated a birthday while there, and the staff decorated our room for it, brought out a special birthday dessert everywhere we ate that day, and left a handwritten card and a bottle of bubbly in the room - it was so fun and unexpected, and really made my day. Brandon and PingTing were super attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and really did a lot to make our trip amazing, including booking all our dinners and a hydrotherapy experience. We also had a great Spanish lesson with Nala - she was such a positive energy, we loved spending time with her and learning some new phrases! Dinner at Maria Dolores was the absolute highlight of our trip. Everything we tried was amazing, so many of the dishes were unexpected in the most delightful way. I'll remember this meal for a long time (and the live violin during dinner was a lovely touch)!
