Location is great, on a lovely little beach and close to lots of good restaurants and shops, but after that…….noise from a local bar that wouldn’t stop until after 2 am. Maintenance issues such as toilets that wouldn’t flush properly, an elevator that was out of service for days, sporadic housekeeping. When any of these issues were brought to the attention of the front desk, we only got a shrug. Would not return when there are so many better places nearby.

A fantastic place to stay!

This is my 2nd time staying at this resort. The location is fantastic, close to everything you need, grocery stores, restaurants, clubs, casino, boutique shopping, all within walking distance.The rooms are incredibly spacious, and have the most amazing showers. Very clean, with an amazing housekeeping staff.The front desk staff are wonderful, courteous and helpful. The grounds people do an incredible job at keeping the outside looking beautiful and the pool is always clean. Martin down at the beach works incredibly hard making sure you are welcomed, always getting a chair and an umbrella and ensuring the beach is clean. That’s when he’s not working security keeping everyone safe. I will definitely be back next year. Lois Brown.

Bad service and dirty

Very bad service and cleaning. After 3 nights with 4 people staying in a room there was no cleaning or refilling of soap, paper etc. No changing of bedclothes. We asked reception 6 times to help but no help. I even asked to clean the room myself. Very rude and bad customer service. I travel around 100 days per year and have never experienced this bad customer service. Would not recommend this place.

Enjoyable stay

The location was fabulous, on the beach, walking distance to casino, restaurants and shopping. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was helpful, professional and very friendly

awesome

Well, I have been going here for over 8 years now and have never been dissapointed. Always looking forward to the next rip. The staff and management are awesome and the location is a 10. There is plenty to do within walking distance but jumoing a bus or getting a rental is easy. Hope to be back real soon like next month :-) cheers, Billy
