    Unfriendly Staff and Not a Great Experience.

    The only staff member who was friendly and helpful was named Dawn. The rest of the staff barely acknowledged you. I arrived at the airport with my parents around 1 pm, knowing Check-in was 4 pm. However, before we could even say a word, we were greeted with a "You are too early. Check-in is at 4 pm." We did not even get a "Hello and welcome" before you were too early, it was stated. My father is an amputee and wasn't even offered a seat. They just wanted us out of the lobby. All we wanted to do was to store our luggage and come back at 4 pm. When we did get our rooms, my room was still dirty, and my parents did not have a working air conditioner in the living room. They were responsive, but having two rooms in the same party having issues right away was concerning. The staff all seemed like they couldn't be bothered, except Dawn. It didn't get much better.

    We stayed after seeing family in Anguilla 🇦🇮 ℹ specially asked to come to st Martin and stay at this hotel it’s our 2nd time here we get looked after so well great location rooms and staff thank you see you soon xx

    Atrium Hotel is a great place to stay.

    Beautiful view, easy access to beach, restaurant, bar & sunning pool right there. Close to grocery however, grocer takes advantage of tourists. Very clean hotel, very friendly & helpful staff. Very clean & friendly casino around the corner. Fantastic Indian resto across the street, three minute walk to Skip Jack's & Astro restos. Excellent food at both. Will definitely be returning.

    Great location at a good price!

    The hotel is well located just off the main road, Welfare Road, in Simpson Bay. It is directly opposite and adjacent to several restaurants, so you don't have to cook unless you want to. If you do opt to cook, the room is well provisioned with a large stove, fridge and microwave, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Market Garden supermarket is a short 3 minute walk, where you can get grocery items, toiletries, and fresh baguettes daily. The hotel is not located directly on the beach, but it does have beach access via a short walk past the pool. Overall very convenient.
