    This was a better than expected!!! I read many reviews, our room was always clean and neat our maid service was #1 thank you 83002 All staff wonderful. JJ our lifeguard taught me so many new things I've never experienced and allowed me to cross 3 things off my bucket list. JJ took his position at Azul very Serious. In at 5am and worked until 5 at night. Not enough thank yous. The guys and girls at the water sports hut . Outstanding customer service skills, kove you guys. Food was good wish there was more late night food options. Great trip thank you one and all. God Bless you all.

    Not that great for the money spent

    Very out dated. We could not get clean wash clothes or towels until the last days. We stayed for 5 days. Food was OK. Not enough restaurants open at on time. The buffet was not open every day. The beach and the pools were good. We did not get to experience any night time entertainment because it rained every day. No I would not visit this resort again.

    Steer clear of this place

    Steer clear of this place!!! Pros - beautiful beach. Cons - everything else! They advertise all of these restaurants and bars but you are lucky if one is open maybe two for dinner. Breakfast was a .25 mile walk from one end of the resort to the other every day. Our room never had clean towels and when requested they were on back order. Minibar was never stocked. The drink choices at the bar were completely bottom shelf if they had that alcohol type at all. They couldn't make half of the drinks because they didn't have the correct alcohol to do so. They have a list of bottles to purchase and they didn't even have those in stock. Be sure to steer clear of your "personal concierge" as they are only interested in getting you to a timeshare presentation and once there they berate you to stay saying they will get in trouble if you leave. There were a few nice staff but most left little to be desired. Very disappointed with this resort.

    Beware done go to this resort

    Where do I start, well I will say this was my second time at this resort first time was a five star this time it was a one star here is my experience arrived oct 8 decided to upgrade to a swim out room problems right away low water pressure had to fill the ice bucket to flush the toilet,no pressure in shower the tap on the sink was very lose we complained as we paid almost $1000 for the upgrade and using an ice bucket to flush was rediculous so the moved us to the honeymoon suite ,room was not a swim out but it was nice until it rained, I went to get up from the bed almost fell the window leaked the floor was flooded had to use all the towels to dry it up.So about the resort and things we were not told only one restaurant open the first 4 days they advertised 9 Buffett open for breakfast and lunch only,after4 days there was some times two restaurants open.They offer several pools but they close them when they want for instance our pool by our room was closed the last two days we were there no premium liquor as advertised had to call to get coffee in the room no creamer in the room for coffee also mini bar was not always filled had to call.So in all it was a big waste of money for us I would not recommend this resort they said it was because of low capacity but they do not advertise that they lie and tell you your getting everything.Our travel agents don’t know this either.They did try to give us a few perks like a dinner on the beach was nice and birthday decorations in the room but overall the resort was not what we paid a lot of money for very very dissatisfied and they lost a customer which I doubt they care.In short do your homework before you go as most of the people we spoke to on the resort were not happy also the restaurant that was open was at the farthest part of the property so a good walk from your room

    Awesome Experience

    This place was so awesome I can’t believe I waited so long to leave a review! My week was filled with enjoyable experiences. The ladies at the bar were so accommodating especially Sheryl and Kerrian. Kerrian’s espresso martini was to die for! Also, big shout out to Dentonia for providing exceptional and timely service during the lobster sale on the beach. I can’t wait to come back to try the lobster again!!
