    Make sure not to visit this Resort until it gets updated. Its kind of abandoned

    Room needs repair and maintenance. Beach it’s extremely far and no amenities or even bathroom, just a little bar . Entertainment it’s poor . Mattresses super uncomfortable. Pool it’s about 4 feet. Food was good and a variety of menus.

    Great place for a family with kids

    My stay here was excellent. I went with a child. It is about an hour drive from Tulum airport. It was easy get to, just off the highway. I'll start with the positive, my room was clean and spacious with two seemingly full size beds, a small table and two chairs; and a sofa area. We had a patio with two seats, overlooking the pool in building 19. The kid loved the pool and the activities by the pool including water polo, Zumba and aqua exercise. There was a kids club and opportunities for kids to socialize. There were two pool areas and a small water park. The kid was tickled to go to the pool bar and order Shirley Temples. The entertainment was great. Shows included acrobats and magicians; that were well put together. We ate well over the course of our stay which included 2 meals at specialty restaurants. The only negative was the parking situation. The parking lot was always crowded and tight, but I managed over the five days I stayed but it is something to be aware of. I'd recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, we never made it to the beach but there were so many cenotes in the area that we had plenty of access to water. It may be all the excuse we need to visit again to get to the beach this time. All in all, we had a great stay.

    Bahía Príncipe Grand Coba

    The hotel is lovely. The staff keep it clean and are so so lovely. I cannot fault the staff one bit. We had a couple bumps along the way and they were very attentive to the issues. There are plenty of activities throughout the day for both kids with kids/ teens clubs and adults with aqua Zumba (ricardo is amazing!!), water polo and volleyball and more! Issac was lovely to talk to also! The beach wasn’t what we expected. It’s worth going down and having a look and a swim but it’s rocky and there’s lots of seaweed (staff do clear as much as they can though). It’s about five minutes on a he shuttle from the Coba resort If you have the chance to do eat at Portofinos, do it! It’s really lovely. The main buffet has the same typical food e.g. burgers, fries, hotdogs, pasta etc. theme nights are a little vague. They do have some theme foods but not loads. Dessert selection is limited. We had a lovely stay never the less!

    Big resort but a lot things to do for small children. The kids area had lots to do as well. The only downside is the distance to the beach

    BUGS, FIGHTS, AND TERRIBLE FOOD

    Absolute TERRIBLE hotel bugs everywhere. Fights in the pool buffet was half empty they try to up charge you at every turn DO NOT GO HERE. Used to be okay the new owners have destroyed it
