Great value for a wonderful resort. The food was really good, above what one would expect. The staff are fantastic! Very good service and friendly. The property is very clean and well maintained. You can feel safe as we were informed the police boss lives on the property. The drinks are perfect and the bartenders and wait staff are the best. There is some language barriers but the staff made every effort to communicate, sometimes by using phone translations. The only complaint I have is the beds are very hard.

Great stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville
We just returned from the Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville. Everything was great. Food/Restaurants - Great Staff - very friendly, attentive, hard working. ** One of the staff members (Mayelin) went above and beyond to do us a favour. Nothing to do with the hotel or anything about being a guest just something to help us out which was much appreciated ** Roberto always wandered around and chatted with guests Grounds/Pools - Very clean, always someone cleaning, maintaining all areas of the hotel Bars - Good selection and great service Rooms - always clean, large rooms, large bathrooms If you like coffee try the coffee from the machines in the corner of the lobby. The hotel is easy to walk around and find everything.

Another great vacation in Bouganville !!!
This was our 17th time at this resort and have already booked for January. The staff was absolutely amazing pool bar lobby bar staff made sure you were always taken care of , entertainment team made every day fun. Special thanks to Patricio Dina and Wander for everything your teams made this trip special. Thank You Bouganville see you in January ,

Paradise
We travelled to Bouganville for our 3rd year in a row. Absolutely love it. Starts out with easy check in. Estefy and Mariel at reception go above and beyond. Always had pesos available to change for tips. Maria and Wander from guest services made sure our every problem was fixed promptly. Wander came down to the beach and found us to confirm everything was great. Awesome. Rosa, Isabel and Patricia kept the mudslides flowing in the lobby bar. Amazing ladies. Juan, head guy of restaurants, very friendly and personable. So nice and welcoming. Victor and Juan F at breakfast thanked us for returning, remembered us. Roberto from Africa and Tinkerbell from the entertainment team were tons of fun. They got our son to participate in their games. They try very hard to make everyone happy. Nayeli and Juan from the beach bar do a fabulous job. It’s a lovely compact resort with everything we want or need. Food is delicious and service is amazing. Beautiful foliage. Beach is wonderful, water is dark, but everyone knows this by now. I used the Baha’i app to check in and book our ala carte restaurants easily. Hoping to be able to return next year. They make you feel very special.

Beautiful resort.
Beautiful resort. Great attentive staff. Pool spotlessly clean. Our room was clean but bathroom could use a refresh. It was clean, but tired and shower was leaking into toilet area. Report itself is well maintained. Libby is beautiful and inviting. Ocean is not clear in this area, so understand that if you love to be in the ocean.
