    Not worth the money!

There are many other choices for accommodations in Aruba. Barcelo used to be a welcoming and friendly place to stay. However now, they only care about making money. Service has become so bad that I’d rather pay more than to be treated badly.

    We love Barcelo Aruba

We had a great time at Barcelo Aruba. First Club staff Belinda, Ivette and Daniel took care of us very well. The staff at L’Olio starting with Roel, Paris and the rest of the crew provided great service as well as Edmundo, Edmund, Manuel and Mary Jean from Kyoto. Maria and Maricar from the Lobby bar and also Jonathan from Palm Beach were nice snd friendly. We miss the resort and the staff and will definitely be back. Thank you everyone.

    Great resort

We had an awesome time at Barcelo. Thks only thing that was not great washaving to get up at 5am to grab some chairs on the beach. Being a Royal level b they should have some more chairs that you can reserve. Thr great thing was Daniel at the First Club Conceirge Club, he was amazing and definitely an asset. He was always pleasant and made our stay enjoyable. We were very lucky to have hum attend to us. If you stay at the Barcelo and do the Royal Club make sure to stop in and say hello to Daniel.

    Amazing food and bestvserv

Visited the Royal Level 9th floor at Barcelo, Aruba. The wister Trevor who just recently graduated was just, so amazing. His pleasantness, high service level, and meticulous attention to detail was that of a seasoned waiter. His other team members Jairo and Misael all together under Captain Edgard are very well trained. The food was delicious and so authentic. Good job everyone. Joe

    Excellent staff

sentence: On our final night at Barcelo, we were lucky to have Jairo, Trevor, Misael, and Captain Edgard as our servers. They were prompt, courteous, and truly exceptional.”
