We stayed 4 nights and received by far the worse service ever. Staff does not speak English and treated us very rudely. The beach is very nice but the staff made this trip unpleasant.

The beachfront was beautiful, the resort and rooms were very clean. The food was mediocre at best. And the service, the worst I have ever experienced in the DR. Our orders were wrong most of the time. The staff never really smiled nor showed any real interest in actually doing their job. They only spoke Spanish. 1 in 20 staff members spoke some English or French. It’s a shame. The resort was beautiful but the service ruined the trip.

premium level experience!!
I can say it was a real premium level experience thanks to the best assistant Andrelisa, her professionalism and authentic sympathy made our 4 days stay unforgettable. She made everything to make us feel like queens there!!! 10/10. Also the French restaurant "le comedie" one of the best gastro experience!!!

Great all inclusive resort!
The best location on bavaro beach. A very friendly and helpful staff, especially the reception staff. A lot of fun activities, with very fun and friendly animation staff. Great food both in the buffet and the a la carte restaurants, every bar has great drinks, but the Barceló beach adults only bars are slightly better. Overall had a great stay with no problems. I will definitely return.
