Although we came in at the tail end of Huracan Melissa passing by the lower section of Dom Rep., we have a great time. Staff was super Friendly and always went the extra mile for any requests we may had. Room quality in the Premium Plus section was a surprising outcome, very happy with the accommodations. Food at Santa Fe was a little disappointing but the rest of the other restaurants were super and made me feel that it was unusual. LaDolce Vita and Mexico Lindo were spot on, with selections and super service. The Spa was clean and very friendly staff. Cristian went out of his way to get our group in with the best times available. The Lakes Golf Course was challanging and very approachable. It was too bad that the only time we got to play was on arrival day and it was very wet. Will put in our rotation for next trip. Check out was a Breeze and since we got our own transportation it made even more simple. Overall A Great Place Where You Will Find Super Service with Friendly Staff and Great Amenities at a Great Price.

Hotel was very nice I just think the check in process should be better to much paper to fill out
Check in needs improvement and rooms should be check before a guest arrival. My room had to be changed cause I had a lot of issues for example. Sink clogged, ceiling leak, door not locking, bathroom door broken, closet not closing properly

Very good experience. The two things that Barcelo Bavaros must improve is the food quality. My friend and I got indigestion because of the ice cream. And the Wifi intermitent service.

Except for one of the bars, everywhere else the staff was easy to work with. They would listen and help you out. There were a lot of food options but I didn't like how they mixed the veg and non-veg food options together. It would be ideal to keep them separate. Check-in took a long time as there was a huge line. Facilities at the resort were great. The housekeeper lady was very polite and helped us out.

Overall good stay
You obviously don't go there for the quality of the food, since the buffets are average. But if you can get a reservation at any of the restaurants, the experience is much better.
