Such a fun hotel with the best workers! Thanks to the entertainment team like Edgar, Caesar, fernando, manuel, marlin, carlo, denise. I enjoyed the food and the environment as well as how amazing the staff was!

Rooms are spacious but need renovation. The staff are mostly friendly, attentive and smiling. Food is decent, but not excellent. The surroundings are green, beautiful and lush. Beach is nice but teeming with vendors offering jewelry, hats, and massages every 2-3 minutes. It was so annoying that we gave up after the first morning. The hotel only had kayaks available to borrow. The SUPs were broken, and boogie boards had to be rented from locals. Even a (probably left behind) swimming ring had to be rented. The main pool, which also has the bar, is open to everyone. It’s very noisy and crowded. Loud music, activities, crazy games, drunk people, small kids. If you want a more quiet spot, it’s difficult as a family because no one under 18 is allowed to even sunbathe at the deck surrounding the neighboring pool, which is adults only. By the way; this same deck is an area all guests need to cross to get to the beach, the snack bar, the toilet, etc. But, being 17, lying quietly reading a book on a sun lounger together with the rest of your family - no way! We saw families with sleeping children in strollers who were expelled from the quietest area of the hotel because of its proximity to the adult pool. The third pool was occupied with ball games where you could get hit by a wet ball at any time. Other areas lacked shade or parasols. Also be aware that no young people under 18 are allowed in the gym, not even accompanied by their parents. They are also not allowed in the hot tub. So, in short: it was difficult to enjoy this hotel as a family with "nearly adult" kids. We are a family of six. Our 16- and 17-year-olds were not allowed to use the same sun loungers as the rest of us. They could not join us during our visits to the gym or go in the hot tub with the family. We understand the need for rules, but these ones ended up splitting the family. We have several All-Inclusive vacations behind us, but have never experienced anything like this. There are so many great hotels and places to choose from. Will we go back to this hotel? Unfortunately, it´s a clear NO

A Beautiful Holiday Stay!
Everything was just perfect. Amazing staff & property. Would definitely go back again. Great food! Saw this property on the Apple TV show Acapulco & just had to go!

I booked one of the top tier suites thinking I would get my money's worth. I hav stayed at other properties and never stayed at a "premium level suite" before. To my surprise from the check in to my check out it wasn't what I expected when I booked the "premium level suite". At the check in there wasn't friendliness or enough information about the hotel amenities, layout, or events that came with my booking. Also, there weren't suggestions about having repellent on hand because the little bugs were going to have a feast on my legs and arms. Once checked in to my surprise I couldn't eat at any of the restaurants because I had to make reservations before my arrival for that day. The reservation start at 9 in the morning and you have to stand in line and you're only allowed in one of the restaurants per day. Nothing inclusive about that. So, we had to eat at the buffet restaurant which is not that great. I guess the best thing was the room. The AC was awesome and the bed was very comfortable. Newer furniture in the living room would not hurt. And the room service was daily. My best time at this place was when I went outside the hotel rented a boat that took me out to the ocean. I wish I had better things to say about my stay but I didn't have a good time. From bugs feasting on me to lack of food choices, and or friendliness, I will not recommend or stay here again.
