Excellent Value and Attentive Staff
Our stay was short due to other travel plans but it was very enjoyable! The amenities were great, the pool was clean, I especially liked the layout and plants around the grounds and pool. The spa was nice, the masseuse gave a firm massage. Staff was very helpful, attentive and pleasant to speak with, from reception to the gift store sales person. A highlight was the piano player in the evening. We only had one dinner there and that was the only area that was a bit disappointing, the presentation was great but the quality was not good unfortunately, the drinks were delicious however.

Good experience. The staff provided service above and beyond what was expected. Very good value in San Jose, CR. It is best to make reservations directly in their webpage.

Excellent service, Jose Venegas manager of Ánfora restaurant goes above and beyond expected service. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable.
