    Impeccable care

    This was my dad and my second time staying at the Hilton and Petrone at the pool restaurant is one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. She took special care of me and my dad each time we had a meal, we specifically went back to that restaurant due to her Impeccable customer service. You deserve five stars, Petrone!

    Great Hotel! Great Experience!

    Our experience has been absolutely fantastic! From the valet service to Patrice A at the check in desk and all staff we have encountered during our stay. Patrice was warm and welcoming. He gave us a wonderful opportunity for an upgrade and our room is perfect. Patrick at the valet stand was awesome. This is a world class hotel where guest service is exceptional. We travel a lot and service seems to be lacking in most properties! Not here! Providing excellence in service is everyone’s priority. Great job!
