    Way better than I expected

    From the moment I pulled up to the entrance, the valet service was nothing short of exceptional. The attendant greeted me with a personable attitude that immediately made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Throughout the interaction, the entire team was incredibly courteous, handling my vehicle with care and opening doors with a professional touch. They went above and beyond to be helpful, offering clear directions to the lobby and even assisting with my heavy luggage without hesitation. It’s rare to find such a seamless blend of efficiency and genuine hospitality.

    Nixon is the bomb!

    Nixon is in guest services and he is the finest thing about this resort! Here is the front line to any guest. My husband died last year and he made all the reservations so I was pleasantly surprised when the cab pulled up and I saw Nixon. I love him so much. Bravo Nixon. Can’t wait to see you next January.

    Th Beach House was a great experience…clean, accommodating staff, over all good experience. We plan to make this our place to stay when in Fort Lauderdale…special shout out to Luis who was standing at the ready … helping with luggage and helpful info.

    Great Service

    Petrone was our waitress the first day at the Hotel & she was so pleasant & informative about menu& caring about our situation being stuck because our flights were canceled.We asked.forher everyday after that at breakfast& lunch and she is the greatest. We just loved her! We need more people in the world like Petrone she is indeed special! TOM& Linda Hebert from New Bedford Mass.
