The Hotel was very shabby, when you shower the water doesn’t run away, covers missing from the lights, grouting peeling off the bath. The hotel needs an upgrade, I felt like it was in the 1970s. As part off your resort fee you get 2 bottles of water a day, we only got 2 on the day we arrived, when we asked at reception they said they had run out. As a 4 star hotel I didn’t expect to have no water for 4 days. The hotel is more like a 3 star not 4 star

We paid for a king junior suite with an ocean view balcony. Somehow is smoking weed every day so we cannot enjoy the balcony. We’ve reported three times in two days and it has not been fixed. The smell is so thick we can’t leave the door open - our room is full of the smell. Today is our last day and we have not been able to use the balcony we upgraded to pay for. The front desk and concierge has not sensed any urgency about this. You think they would have offered to move us away from the smell.

The Beach House is absolutely stunning. The views spectacular and the customer service exceptional. Make sure you swing by Ilios Restaurant for food or just drink(s) and… be sure to ask for Petrone. For those who enjoy working out, I will say at resort gyms go, this one pretty decent. Enjoy your stay! My wife and I can’t wait to come back.

Breakfast with Patron A Must!
This Hotel is amazing. You have to get their breakfast and see Patron. She is an amazing person with great customer service and a beautiful heart. Absolutely a wonderful employee.

2nd time at Beach House Fort Lauderdale by Hilton
The guest service at the Beach House Resort Fort Lauderdale A Hilton resort was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, always ready to assist with a smile. Highly recommend this resort not just for its beautiful location, but for the outstanding service that truly sets it apart!
