Overall disappointing
AWFUL. Book queen, gave us two twins, no power on the second day. An exit light that is always on. Promised mattress cover

Beautiful hotel , very welcoming staff
What a lovely hotel and a wonderful experience. We got a corner room, with a balcony facing the sea and the pool. The view is breathtaking, room was sparkling clean, the accomodations were fantastic. I leave for last my praises for Belvedere suites staff, everyone Thank you Marina, Dimitri, and Chris at the reception for being so very helpful at guiding us what to do in the city during our stay. Thanks to Dani and Gabriel for their service during breakfast and anytime we needed anything, and Gina for keeping our room very welcoming on our return from daily adventures. Huge thank you to all, Its hard to leave this beautiful place. Niko & Odeta.

Perfect stay
This place is super gorgeous!!! It’s located in Firostefani, which is located about 10-15 min walk from Fira bus station where you can literally take the bus and go anywhere in town, the hotel staff was super nice and booked us taxi at 5 in the morning and waited for the taxi with us to make sure we were picked up on time, they were even nice enough to pack our breakfast for us to eat at the airport. Room was super spacious and clean, every room (except for the few in the basement) has its own balcony where you can kind of see the entire town of Firastefani, there were also plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Great for honeymoon stay!
We enjoyed our stay here at part of our honeymoon… they even gave us a free upgrade to a suite and a bottle of champagne as congratulations! We loved taking in the views of the caldera from our private balcony (as pictured). The hotel is centrally located to the shops and restaurants in Fira.

Best hotel of our Greek Vacation
Wonderful, quality hotel. However note that there are MANY stairs to get around the hotel including getting to the pool and breakfast area. Staff was friendly and accommodating with special kudos to Chris who attended to our needs with a smile. Our upgraded Superior Double room had a great balcony and faced the pool with a breathtaking view of the Caldera (water). The hotel is right on the main Caldera walk.
