14th Year Anniversary
This resort was amazing, this was my husband and I 2nd time visiting Turks but our first time at this resorts. We celebrated our 14th Anniversary. Everyone on the island were awesome, friendly, and helpful. I wish I wrote down all the names that I came in contact with so I could list them on this review. I like that we had an option to visit the sister resort to Blue Haven as well.

Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Staff and Service
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. WillChen greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm—his outstanding welcome truly set the tone for our entire stay. At our first lunch at Fire and Ice, we met Kellie, whose genuine smile and gracious hospitality stood out every single day. She greeted us with kindness and warmth at every turn—her caring personality made a lasting impression. Pedro was another standout. He seemed to appear just when we needed something and always went above and beyond. One unforgettable moment was when he brought us a fresh coconut and even cut it open so we could enjoy the jelly—done with a smile and no hesitation. Shaneka Russell, the manager, embodies what true leadership looks like. She came to us, not the other way around. I watched her each day as she made her rounds, engaging with guests, noticing small details, and making sure everyone felt cared for. She made our stay feel personal and special. It was also a delight to meet Executive Chef Shawn (apologies if I’ve misspelled his name), a fellow Trini! His meals were clearly crafted with intention and flavor, and every dish we tried was spot on. So many others helped make our stay incredible—Linda, Rodney, Kevin—all of them contributed to one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever had. We celebrated our 28th anniversary and my wife’s birthday, and the entire experience felt as though it was created just for us. Thank you to the entire team—you truly made our trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Phenomenal experience
Our family stayed at The Blue Haven June 9-16th and had a phenomenal stay! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We have a growing teenage son and appreciated the all inclusive meals as he eats 4-6x/day. The snorkeling crew on the big boy boat did an amazing job taking my daughter and I to the 3rd largest reef in the world. The elevate spa was nice but small. My daughter and I did hair braiding and had a massage at the spa which was fun. Our family also enjoyed playing competitive games of pickleball. The only thing I missed was walking/bike trails, yoga and airport shuttle. The exercise gym was spacious and clean. We used the shuttle one time to go to the sister resort, Alexandra, to dine at the Rockhouse which has an incredible ocean view and sunset.

Beautiful Resort & Friendly Staff
My husband and I stayed at Blue Haven for a much needed vacation. The grounds and beach were beautiful and we were always greeted with a smile by the staff. I loved that it was all-inclusive so drinks at the swim up bar were always free; even for top shelf liquors. Breakfast buffet was delicious each morning, but doesn’t start until 7:30 am. Beach bar for lunch was always fresh & tasty. Two choices for dinner: Salt and Fire & Ice were both very good. We were able to go to The Alexandra Hotel and use their facilities and restaurants for free. The beach there was on Grace Bay and was much more beautiful than Blue Haven’s Beach. People tended to like Blue Haven for the quiet and The Alexandra for the beach and night life. We did have an issue getting ice delivered to our room. It took hours to get and there were no ice machines to get it ourselves. All in all, it was a wonderful experience but next time I may opt for The Alexandra for the superior beach.

Very average and overpriced
I rarely write reviews about anything but wanted to share my experience, in hopes the resort improves. Pros: - Beautiful water, beach area - Food/drink situation was above average (for an all-inclusive) Cons: - A lot of the staff was rude (and we tipped everyone that helped us). But, shoutout to Desney, Carat and Pedro who were always helpful and smiley. Other than those 3, most of the staff seemed annoyed by our existence (and annoyed by others around us, too). - The room (we paid a lot of money for the 2 bedroom suite) was very average and not luxurious. The beds were not very comfortable and not what I expected for the price. One of our showers leaked and when I tried to take a bath, we ran out of hot water at the 1/4 fill up point. - While the pool was beautiful, there were less than 20 spots/chairs around it. We stayed four days and were never able to secure one of those spots until after dinner. Summary: I'm not a wealthy person who travels multiple times a year, and we had saved for this trip for a long time, so I had big hopes for this trip, considering what we paid. We have experiences with five other all-inclusive resorts, and this one cost the most. If you're not going to offer a luxurious experience, it's not fair to charge luxurious prices. If you're going to offer a very average experience with your property and staff, then the price should reflect that.
