This Resort is a Hidden Gem!
What a simply AMAZING time our family of 7-people had at the Blue Haven resort! There was not a thing that disappointed. The staff were super attentive and friendly, and the meals were far superior to typical resort food. The resort is small and cozy, and it felt like we got to know the other guests and staff personally. We loved the beach and the unbelievably turquoise ocean waters. It was also nice to have the option to go to the sister resort, the Alexandra, but for us, we liked the size and feel of the Blue Haven much better. We are already planning a trip back!

Worst hotel in Turks
My sister and I booked this hotel for a few days and it was overall the worst experience you can have on a vacation in a beautiful place like Turks and Caicos sadly and this hotel doesn’t deserve you’re hard earned money. We went over the pictures they advertised while booking and once we get there this hotel is the most dirty hotel I’ve ever stayed in and it was outdated as well but that’s one thing , but dirty is unacceptable. We went to eat the food they have in the resort and we get served hot feta and watermelon salad which can get you sick ! Horrible fish tacos that I couldn’t even swallow the first bite. To make things a lot worse the hotel staff was very inappropriate talking to us while giving us lingering looks up and down, not even hiding it. They have a sister hotel named Alexandra resort we decided to give them a chance maybe? Again the hotel staff over there was just as bad chasing us down trying to talk to us and being very inappropriate . You can’t go to this hotel if you aren’t with family that includes men or your partner ? They need to do a course training to teach these guys to be more respectful. We went to talk to the hotel manager to voice our concerns and she got mad at us for telling her about her staff and how we didn’t feel comfortable at all. Body shamed us told us to not wear bikinis in a beach resort ? Yelled at us and told us we could leave and we did just that. I have all of this on video and I’ll be posting it on a review of this hotel I’m doing on google

Trip of a lifetime!
Blue Haven resort is the best that I have ever stayed at and experienced, which I have been to quite a few. The rooms are amazing, clean and spacious. The views are breathtaking from the balcony. The staff...I can't seem to find the right words to describe them. From the time we arrived on site to the moment we loaded the airport shuttle leaving to go home. They are very attentive to your needs and wants. If they don't have it, they will find a way to get it to you from off-site. The food is beyond expectations. They cook to order to your liking. Wait staff is friendly and personable, weather it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Poolside bar food is so yummy! Bartenders are so friendly, love talking to you and love to join in the fun with the guest. Poolside wait staff are so nice and love sharing stories or background history with you. It was so nice that they remember your name and who you are with. They also remember what you like and usually order. When it comes to guest services, if you need something for your room, it takes no time at all to get it to you. I could go on and on about this resort. You will not regret paying, playing and staying at Blue Haven. Having two sister properties that you have access to is so nice. I will say that if you are looking for a more quiet, family oriented and intimate setting, Blue Haven is your place but if you like the more active scene, The Alexandria is your place to stay. The beach at Alexandria is so pretty and nicer than Blue Haven. Blue Haven is a smaller property but packed with a variety of things to do. If I had to do it again, I would still stay at Blue Haven. You will want to take advantage of the boat tour that is complimentary during your stay. We were able to swim with the sea turtles, find plenty of conch shells to take home. The staff will clean them for you before you take them home. You can take up to three per person home with you through customs.
