We had a terrific holiday . Andy on the entertainment team absolutely made our holiday . He went above and beyond and is outstanding at his job. He put so many extra magic touches into making our family holiday so great. Created an amazing atmosphere , by playing our favourite music and always encouraging fun with great friendly humour. A very nice person towards my children and whole family . 100% made our holiday . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts . your friends from England .

An amazing experience, beautiful people an incredible interaction with the kinds club, Alondra, Pamel, Eli and all the team was amazing Excellent service from our concierge Karen and Fernandos from festival buffet Lisbany was our hero at the pool (our favorite girl) Golf cart boys exelent service also We love the place

Great hotel!!! And entertainment team excellent!
The hotel was truly an amazing experience especially with the entertainment team with Kaci and Alondra, they were amazing at what they do and how they have so much energy is unbelievable, and the hotel in total was super clean and the service was amazing

Great experience, super clean
Staff is super helpful, kind, and entertainment is super high energy and approachable (especially Kaci- my fav). Resort is very clean and staff work very hard to keep things hygienic. Service is amazing- definitely recommend.
