We had an amazing experience overall. The weather was meh, but we had a great time. Place is beautiful, clean and the food was delicious. It does have a fun party vibe, which we really enjoyed. It was nothing crazy, but if you wanted to sing and dance, you could, or just relax and watch. The shower in the room is in a glass box, which is strange if you're rooming with friends, but there is a shade that comes downs to allow modesty. We personally didn't care much, but it was a surprise.

The Calm, Organized, Magical Planner Every Bride Needs
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mitzy as my on-site wedding planner, and she was truly incredible. Leading up to the wedding, I was honestly freaking out a lot. I was stressed, unsure of what to expect, and trying to plan everything from far away felt overwhelming to an anxious person like me. But the moment I arrived in Mexico, all of that anxiety melted away. Everything was organized, in place, and handled with such care that I immediately felt like I could just relax and enjoy my week. Mitzy guided me through every step with patience, calmness, and confidence. She reassured me when I needed it, communicated clearly, and executed every detail flawlessly. Planning a destination wedding can feel a little “blind,” but I knew I just had to trust the process. I also have never been the girl who has dreamed of her wedding day, so I needed Mitzy extra! When the actual wedding day arrived, it was beyond anything I could have imagined. Mitzy brought my vision to life and elevated it in ways I was not expecting. Every detail was thoughtful, beautiful, and perfectly executed. I never had to stress about a thing; she had everything under control from start to finish. The wedding was the best week of our lives, and the guests felt the same way. Our wedding was all the fun I imagined it to be. If you’re lucky enough to have Mitzy as your planner, you are truly in the best hands. I’m endlessly grateful for her. She made my entire wedding week unforgettable.

Nov 16, 2025Had a great time with our group yesterday friends. Would come back but probably not stay as long as a week.
Great experience with my wife and friends to celebrate her 50th birthday. The resort was more crowded than I expected. The best spots at pools weren’t always available as advertised. Wait times at restaurants averaged 20 minutes to an hour plus wait times. The weather was not great, very rainy and cloudy. We made the best of it. The resort did an excellent job making sure there was always something to do. All pools we went to were great and it was never hard to get service. Get there early if you want a good spot. The Exhale club was amazing and the lobby bar was an excellent spot for late night entertainment. Rooms had everything you needed and if it didn’t, it did not take long to get what was missing or what you needed. Breathless Soul is great place for groups. If you want privacy or you are going as a couple and want a romantic experience. I would try a different resort or stay less than a week.

Nov 2025 trip
This was our first time here, and we booked an exhale suite room. The room was beautiful and spacious and the hot tub on the balcony was amazing. The views were stunning. And although the weather was subpar for 3 out of the 7 days the room was so amazing it wasn't too bad. The 3 pool options was also a absolute plus for the cancun hotel zone. The food was good and the variety of dinner restaurants meant we didn't have to visit the same place twice, but we did do Silk City twice as it was amazing and we loved it! Would visit again for sure!

Awesome resort.
The staff was amazing. The place was clean and beautiful. Enjoyed the beach and pools. Xhale club was worth the extra. The food was great.
