  Awesome time! Went with my family and the rooms were clean , food was great , service was quick and friendly , lovely pools , and the staff was amazing ! My favourite was the entertainment crew, especially Ferran and his friends. I recommend staying here for a great time.

  A below par Resort covered with the name "Luxury"

  While there were a few positives during our stay, the overall experience was largely overshadowed by significant operational issues that affected our vacation. Positives (briefly): Breakfast was very good, and the rooms were clean, modern, and well maintained. The restaurants we were able to access served good-quality food, although some dishes were noticeably saltier than what we are accustomed to. Major Issues: The most frustrating issue was the dining situation. Despite having seven restaurants on site, there were no dinner reservations available, which resulted in wait times of one to two hours every single night. This was extremely disappointing, especially because the resort does not offer an open buffet system for lunch or dinner, unlike most comparable resorts. Guests should not be expected to wait hours for food or risk going hungry while on a paid vacation. This problem was made worse by the fact that the resort was hosting a large conference during our stay, yet it was clear that the hotel was not equipped to properly accommodate both conference attendees and regular paying guests. Conference guests were consistently given priority for dining, services, and space, while other paid guests were left waiting or unable to access restaurants and activities. Additionally, many activities and amenities were shut down or restricted to accommodate the conference, significantly limiting what regular guests could enjoy. This was never clearly communicated in advance and greatly diminished the overall resort experience. The bar service was also disappointing. After 11:00 PM, the resort does not serve shots or straight liquor on the rocks, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. Staff also had difficulty handling drink orders for larger groups; as a group of 12, it was often a challenge to get drinks in a timely manner. There were also ongoing issues with pool usage and guest management, which further impacted the experience. Overall: The resort prioritized a large conference over its regular paying guests, resulting in long wait times, limited dining options, reduced activities, and poor service. While the rooms and breakfast were good, the lack of access to food, amenities, and fair service made this stay disappointing and not worth the cost. Guests should be clearly informed when large conferences will significantly affect their experience

  Great resort in small area

  Breathless Soul is a 2 building resort connected by the main lobby. All rooms have great views of water, restaurants are in close proximity and the 3 pools offer different experiences.

  Okay experience however would not revisit.

  This is a beautiful resort and the rooms are stunning but that is pretty much where the good stuff ends. Food and drinks at this resort were highly disappointing which is awful because we paid so much to enjoy these things. Also out of our group of 13 about nine of us ended up getting sick and still continue to have diarrhea. The beach is a public beach so be aware that there will be tons of people there and it does not feel like a very luxury experience. The beach itself is also pretty small and due to the location of the resort the water is not the cleanest. The pool area is pretty small too and can get crowded quite quickly if the resort is busy. They did run pool volleyball games a couple times throughout the day and had a few pool activities, but other than that nothing too crazy as far as entertainment goes. Most of the time there wasn't even any music playing at the. Room service is also pretty terrible. They have about five things on the menu which includes hot dogs, Nachos, and cheese quesadillas, all of which are very basic and super bland. We ended up doordashing for late night meals instead. The coffee shop, however, is really good and we really enjoyed getting coffee there, their menu is also pretty extensive. Other resorts that we have stayed in include Grand fiesta, Americana, LeBlanc, and secrets the vine. Therefore, overall we were very disappointed with our experience here and honestly would not revisit or recommend anyone else to come here.

  They will lie and cheat

  Daniel from entertainment is absolutely a big liar. He denied us access the supposedly free sailboat and kayak because "the weather was bad". The staff at the dock said it's closed because of a private event at the resort. They clearly care more about the private event that is paying them more than other customers.
