  Super Bowl Soul

  Super Bowl at Breathless Soul is the way to go if you want someone to throw your party and provide the biggest screens the best grilled food/decorations/desserts/drinks and even fireworks at the end with a DJ to party. And then they clean it all up and you just have to walk back to your beautiful room. Thank you Breathless. The food here is really tasty and many options. The staff really are there making every single part of your stay exceptional. The cleanliness in your room and the whole hotel is spotless. Entertainment is endless from morning to the club at midnight. We love the DJs and the vibe they create with their music. Hotel is beautiful with swimming pools on the rooftops. Grateful for this staff(really made our trip magical): Rafa/Ivan checked us in Esteban - helps with cabanas Erick- helped us with drinks at cabanas Freedo- cool and friendly Daniel - entertainment mgr and overall super aware and personable to each guest Javi- entertainment mgr- polite and the best smile.   BEAUTIFUL RESORT AND BEACH AND CUTE STAFF

  it’s a beautiful resort! not too big, not to small staff is helpful. rooms are very beautiful and clean. EMIR IS THE FUNNEST AND BEST WATER AEROBICS INSTRUCTOR EVER!!! and he’s a hottie!

  Unprofessional

  Got to hotel put in holding area because check in was not until 3pm - get to desk and we were offered an upgraded room - get settled in and order room service - suddenly a group of guests walk into our room and the bell man tells US we have to get out we are in the wrong room!!! We go to the front desk and they tell us we have to get out and stay in another room - what hotel doesn’t know 1. the room is assigned / in use 2. Jeopardizes the safety of their FEMALE guests by issuing room keys to someone else 3 kicks guests out of a room THEY assigned and UPGRADED and makes them feel like they are in the wrong 4. gives them a less inferior room to boot The way we were treated ruined our entire TRIP - we booked through a travel agency we let them know hopefully they never recommend this resort to any of their future travelers - we will surely warn our fellow travelers SPA is a dump- service was subpar

  Aside from two members of staff in the xhale club being unbelievably rude when my wife simply asked for a drink to be changed as the glass was dirty and the restaurants being too cold the rest of the hotel was outstanding and without these two matters the stay would have been brilliant

  Unbelievable Ocean Views, Outstanding Hospitality, and an Exceptional Overall Experience

  The property was absolutely beautiful, with staff present everywhere at all times, so assistance was always quick whenever we needed anything. The room was incredible—especially the rainfall shower—and we absolutely loved the hot tub on the balcony. The privacy of the room was excellent, and the amenities were very well thought out. One standout feature was the small cubby next to the door for returning food—such a clever idea that I’ve never seen before and honestly should be standard everywhere. Our experience with the staff was exceptional from start to finish. At the Xhale Lounge, Joshua helped us check in and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. Hugo escorted us to our room and took the time to explain where everything was and how it worked. Our room attendant, Karen, was sweet as can be and did a wonderful job keeping our room spotless. Margarita helped me learn about the boat tour options to Isla Mujeres directly from the resort, which ended up being one of our favorite parts of the entire trip. Truly, every single employee we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly hospitable. We really enjoyed the Xhale Lounge, where higher-end beverages and hot and cold snacks were readily available exclusively for Xhale guests. The rooftop Xhale pool felt both exclusive and relaxing, and the staff on the pool deck were extremely attentive—always making sure we had drinks, towels, and anything else we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the boat tour to Isla Mujeres with Alfredo and his crew. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff were fun and attentive, always making sure everyone was taken care of, while also doing a great job explaining the boat’s safety procedures and the itinerary for the day. We always felt well-informed, and everything ran smoothly and punctually. Saturday night brought an unexpected and fun surprise when we went downstairs to find live DJs playing both inside and outside the nightclub. The dance floor was full of people enjoying themselves, others were grabbing drinks at the bar, and there was even a street performer on stilts wearing a wild, light-up neon costume interacting with the crowd. It was such a cool and memorable experience. The Super Bowl party was another standout moment. The variety of food options was fantastic, the huge TV screens were amazing, and we had great views from almost everywhere—including our room’s balcony. The night ended with an incredible fireworks show launched from the beach when the game ended, which was the perfect finale. Dining was a mixed experience, but overall enjoyable. While the beef carpaccio wasn’t as fresh as hoped, the soup was unfortunately cold, and the bread was a bit stale, the bolognese lasagne was delicious and the cannoli for dessert was also very tasty. Overall, this was an unforgettable stay with outstanding service, thoughtful amenities, and so many unique experiences. We truly had an amazing time and would absolutely return.
