Don’t recommend the xhale club. Definitely need friendlier staff. Will say the food is great here! When going here also book your spa as soon as you arrive they won’t tell you spa fills up quick.

Just returned from a two week stay with my husband. The staff are superb. Nothing is too much trouble and a special mention to Eduardo in the Sports Bar and Alan in the swim up bar who were extremely attentive and worked so hard. The rooms are of an excellent standard. We had an issue with toilet not flushing and this was immediately dealt with and resolved. The food is poor across the board apart from at Silk City, the pan Asian restaurant. We ate there 4 times and each time, the food was of a good standard. The breakfast buffet has limited options and does not vary. We ate at the French, Italian and Steak restaurants more than once each due to the amount of time we were staying and were disappointed with the quality on each visit despite ordering different dishes on each occasion. The resort is beautiful, clean and extremely well maintained. Breathless is marketed as a party resort and it is certainly that. That said, there is an opportunity for a more relaxing vibe at the Energy Pool which is where we spent all of our time during the day although depending on the day and hotel capacity, that area also became rowdy. This is obviously an all inclusive resort and we became aware that the serving of shots had been stopped by management due to incidents around the pool. The main party pool was closed on at least two occasions during our stay due to such incidents. It’s such a shame that there is an obvious issue with people over indulging which led to security incidents which we witnessed on several occasions. However, to the credit of staff and security, they were all very well dealt with. I appreciate that this can happen anywhere but it is still impactful to considerate customers. Would I return? No. This is a real shame as the resort has such potential but the poor food and clientele rule out any return for us.

Vibes are high, but the food is mid like elementary cafeteria food that was left out over the weekend. If I could have uber eats food, I would have. Positive note, great shows, beautiful room, drinks have alcohol and minimal bacteria.

Worst all inclusive I’ve ever been to
Honestly, I expected the resort to be better. It did not meet my needs at all. It was extremely hard to order food and drinks, especially with this being an all-inclusive resort. When me and my friends did want to order food or drinks, the staff was extremely rude at Many of the restaurants they have inside the resort , it’s too expensive for the lack of service you receive.

Great place to stay. Just a reminder if you want to eat at the hibachi table. You must reserve at midnight and between Sunday -Wednesday it's chill days and Thursday and Saturday more people arrive it becomes more active party active.
