Nov 28, 2025Our time @ Breathless Riviera, Cancun.
We've had a fantastic time here at the Breathless Riviera, all the staff have made our stay so pleasant. Pasqual, Felipe and Joana in the Spoons restaurant looked after us so well every morning for breakfast and lunch. The Entertainment team are excellent, Mani, Sophia, Pedro, Ivan and Angel aka Brown Sugar are all amazing. We hope to see all you guys again soon. Probably next summer. Much love to you all xxx ❤️ 😍 xxx

Can't wait to go back - Fun Resort
Breathless was a fun resort. This resort was a very comfortable size and easy to manage and meet up with family / friends. We enjoyed the Energy Pool so much. The Foam Pool was a little much for all of us ... we had 13 friends and family. We also enjoyed the hot tubs. The entertainment staff was fun ... so many activities. The evenings provided games, singing and dancing. The food was good ... I really enjoyed the French and Italian Restaurants. The rooms were smaller than some of the other all-inclusive we have been to - but still a nice size. The room was cleaned promptly every day. Our room was by the party pool - and it was not a problem at night. Bottom line - I would go back to Breathless ... great vacation!

Nov 28, 2025A pretty good time.
The time spent at Breathless was average. The resort was clean and the staff had great customer service. The food at most restaurants was good but the room service food was tasteless and cold. The entertainment was okay if you are there from Thursday-Sunday but not so great on weekdays. The resort itself was nice but there were places that were a bit unsafe (fall and slip hazards). My mom actually had a fall at dinner because of the narrow walk way between where the tables were set up and a set of stairs. The workers that saw the fall got a lifeguard to clean her bloody knees and give they gave her bandaids. Theu also asked her to write an accident report. While this was happening 3 oyher people almost fell at the same spot and the manager put up a sign so others would not get hurt. After the accident nobody followed up with her and when we told the employees at the xhale desk the next day, they basically just said okay. At checkout I told them again and they said someone would be following up with her. I told them I was concerned because it is hard getting intouch with someone at the resort from the US. bottoms The parties at the pools were fun and the entertainment was at the pools were good as well. The bottom of the pools were a bit rough but other than that the temperature and atmosphere there was good. The highlight of the resort for me was the coffee shop (the lady working at night was awesome) the Mexican restaurant (the food was good), and the drag show. Also, I was happy the air conditioner worked in the room and that they resort was very clean and well kept. The not so good things were no follow up after the accident, inconsistent hot water, at lack of entertainment on weekdays. So far I have been to this Breathless and the one in Punta Cana. They both have pros and cons but I prefer the Breathless in Punta Cana. I am eager to try other Breathless resorts in the future.

Robert is the best.
Robert is excellent. He goes above and beyond to ensure you’re happy. We stayed a week and Robert was always there to make our trip awesome.
