Oct 26, 2025Testiment to the quality of the staff
Sunday Oct 26th, 2025, My family and I witnessed an excellent execution and retrieval rescue by the life guards staff at Breezes. Mr Barrington Adderley and Mr Darvin Johnson executed the rescue of a patrón and saved her life. It was a testimont to the quality of staff at this hotel. As a father this has reassured me that my kids are indeed safe and that I have made the right decision in choosing Breezes.

Beautiful, Brilliant, Breezes ❤️
We arrived at Breezes during a tropical storm, the like of which I’ve never seen before. Check in was really straight forward and we were given a glass of punch on arrival. Our room was 476 which was very spacious with a super king size bed, a really big bathroom and a good sized shower. Some previous reviews said the decor is dated which is true and could do with an upgrade but it was more than adequate. The food at breakfast time and in the evening was absolutely delicious with lots of choices including some local dishes. My personal favourites were the omelettes cooked in the morning by Inez who was lovely. Staff in the restaurant were so polite and attentive and are on hand to refill your drinks or move your plates straight away, thanks to Lekeisha for looking after us and for singing happy birthday to me at my table. A special mention has to go to the very hard working staff in the main bar and pool areas, special shout out to Julian, Teron, Jamaal, Dale, Felicia and Martinell in the main bar for their excellent service. We also ate in the garden of Eden restaurant one night which was brilliant and Raven, our waitress, was superb. Poolside entertainment was daily but was too loud at times. My only criticism was of a staff member in the pelican bar, who blindly refused to interact with me, even though I tried on three occasions to make conversation. If you want my advice, visit the upstairs bar and learn a few things on how to deal with customers properly from your colleagues

A warm and friendly all-inclusive. The perfect honeymoon.
I stayed here with my wife and two family members for two weeks between 18th Sept and 1st Oct 2025. From the very beginning, we were greeted so warmly by the staff at the front desk. We were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a room with a beachfront view, and on entering it, we had been given some bright complementary t-shirts. Throughout our stay, I really appreciated that it didn't feel like a separation between staff and guests. It was easy to talk to everyone and that made my stay, beyond the beautiful views at the beach. We were able to talk to Audreka, D'von, Shakeyra, Geno and Mary on the entertainment team who made a real effort to get us and other guests involved in all the activities they'd put on. We had a great game of volleyball on our final day. The food was really good and we had a large variety of choices. It was regularly difficult picking between the buffet and the set-menu restaurants every night (Munasan and Eden) as the quality was so high in each offering. As a honeymoon, I very much appreciated the relaxed atmosphere at the resort. I valued the time my wife and I had to switch off completely and the friendliness of the staff meant we didn't feel like we were imposing when requesting anything. The resort is reminiscent of the homely feeling you get in Caribbean houses; I liked how this was maintained over going for a more corporate and minimalist style. If one sentence were to sum it up, being on vacation here felt like being home in the Carribbean; and I felt I got to interact with real Bahamians inside and outside of the resort. When leaving, we were introduced to Manny who was able to converse with my family members who only spoke Spanish. They had felt so welcome the whole time, even before this happened. You can't help but feel valued when coming to Breezes and I look forward to returning hopefully in the near future.

Carnival Shore Excursion
We visited as part of an excursion with Carnival Cruises and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful and happy to serve us.
