The hotel is amazing. Right on the beach. Pool stuff is very friendly and professional. Nice food and drinks there . Especially Wulf and Angelo are very helpful and nice. I always enjoy coming here. Nice location of the hotel. Lovely coffee shop in the lobby Beautiful beach in front.

Loved the Amenities!!!
The staff is AMAZING! Especially Kerbi at the poolside! My daughter and I had an amazing time!! The food was great. Overall the staff was EXCELLENT!!!!! 5 Star!!! thank you from the Jaggar Fanily

Amazing day ! Wolf you are great!!!
We had an amazing time at the family pool of the hotel ,the view is amazing and the place is really beautiful. Service was excellent specially The assistance of Wolf and Keirah!! They are so nice and provided the best service ever.i would recommend this Hotel !!!

Such a wonderful hotel!! Pools are great and great service!! Beach chairs and towels are always provided and the nicest guys set them up for you. Everything you could want on a vacation is here, beach, pool, bars, restaurants Aaliyah was especially nice and friendly!!

Jun 09, 2025Sewage, Rudeness, and Rot — This Hotel Is a Disgrace
We booked the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club through the Amex Hotel Collection, trusting the name. That was a mistake. When we checked in, everything seemed fine. We went out for dinner, came back later that night — and walked into a room filled with the overpowering stench of raw sewage. Absolutely revolting. We went to the front desk in person, and were met with rude, dismissive staff who didn’t even offer an apology. No sense of urgency, no basic courtesy — just attitude. They tried to move us to the worst room in the building, and only after pushing back were we relocated to another room that was still a downgrade, again with zero apology or accountability. But the sewage wasn't the only problem. Here’s what else is wrong with this property: There is no air conditioning in the common areas — the hallways, lobby, bars, and elevators are hot, humid, and disgusting. The elevators barely work, adding even more stress and inconvenience. The bar closes at 10:30 PM — in Miami Beach. Laughable. The entire property is falling apart — mold, rot, peeling finishes, and a musty smell throughout. It looks and feels abandoned. This hotel should not be part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, and it absolutely does not belong in the Amex Hotel Collection. It doesn’t meet even basic standards of hospitality. Shame on Marriott and American Express for backing this dump. Avoid it completely.
