Great stay, highly recommend
We had a wonderful stay at Canopy! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Even before our arrival, the pre-arrival agent, Mathew, provided outstanding communication, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted at the front desk by Edson and later on by Johana, both were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bellmen, Jonathan and Adrian and the team, also did an amazing job assisting us with our luggage and making us feel at home. Also Juan from security, who was always kind and attentive during our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job throughout our visit, keeping everything spotless and comfortable. We were celebrating my birthday during the stay, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make it special and memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our celebration unforgettable. Highly recommend staying at Canopy. we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great stay, wonderful massage
Had a massage with Lidia in the spa and she was amazing. Highly recommend if you visit the hotel. The arrival and checkin experience were great as well and the hotel is located near lots of shopping. While the hotel is not right on the beach the rooftop pool and bar definitely make up for it with great views.

Massage experience
I had a massage booked with Lidia and she is amazing! Gentle hands, knows when to put pressure and checks up on you every time! She really put me at ease and comfort. I would definitely recommend her if you’re looking for relaxation and zen mode!

Lovely hotel.
Our stay at Canopy Cancun was excellent. Edson checked us in who kindly upgraded us to a room with a lovely view and was very informative and friendly. Jonathan also was great helping us with our suitcases and again very informative. The room was lovely and huge with a very comfy bed. The rooftop bar was also really nice, aswell as the pool. The breakfast was lovely and lovely service from Maddy. Overall a great stay.
