Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and provided excellent service from the staff. However, Giovanni and Feli were absolutely spectacular. They were both equally welcoming, friendly and all around wonderful. Our group all agreed that they both made our stay so much fun. The support service is why I’m a diamond member and stay at Hilton properties. I will definitely be back.

Breakfast at the canopy
Maggy was our server, she was very kind and helpful. She adhered to our needs swiftly and efficiently. Breakfast buffet is really good! I looked forward to coming and having Maggy serve us each morning

Diana was our server; she was very attentive! Great service! We came out for a surprise proposal, and she did not disappoint! She was very nice in bringing us our four-course meal and presented everything excellently. would definitely recommend her!

World Class Experience at Canopy.
Our experience was made truly memorable thanks to our server, Giovannie. From the moment we arived at the roof top, he was very attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. He anticipated our needs before we even asked, offered excellent cocktail recommendations, and check in regularly to make sure we were always having the best possible experience.

Maggy and Orlando took such great care of me at the bar downstairs. From restaurant and bar recommendations, to casual conversation — they were both so welcoming! 10/10 experience! I will definitely be back!
