Oct 23, 2025MOST DISAPOINTING HOTEL in ALL YUCATAN PENINSULA! DON'T BOTHER GOING! POOR MANAGEMENT, they Don't give a S#$%!!
MOST DISAPOINTING HOTEL in ALL YUCATAN! TERRIBLE NIGHT! Worse than sleeping in your car when it's COLD. They blasted the AC and after 45 minutes of trying to shut it and put heat at 2AM after a long flight, they informed me in the morning that their system was not functioning so there was no way to rase the temperature higher than 19 degrees... They didn't have even ONE blanket stored in the room so we used the 6 towels but still froze our behind all night hoping that because we brought the thermostat to 26 degrees but all in vain... The room stayed COLD all night... We didn't bother calling downstairs because we didn't want a technician bother us at 4am when we realized that this was it... NO COMFORT in that room that day!! I'm glad we didn't wait for any help because in the morning when we reached out to the manager AARON ROSAS, he didn't seem to care making us wait because we asked for our $180 back OR a future comped night to actually have a better experience. We live 40 minutes from there, it was mini staycation... It took hours before he got back to us and then finally responded to an email 2 days later... He talked about giving us Hilton points back but in the end... THEY DID NOTHING because they don't care... I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE... We stay over 200 nights a year in hotels and this is the 1st NEGATIVE REVIEW I write in 20 years of travel... WAY TO GO CANOPY! THUMBS DOWN...

Our ray of sunshine
What a wonderful stay. Beautiful infinity pool with incredible view on the roof. Very nice breakfast. Our server Maggy was always attentive and smiling every morning. I believe built in 2019 so clean and crisp. Can walk to shopping or restaurants. We will return.

Good experience
The hotel is pretty nice and the spa with Lidia is great! Would like to come again! The room is very modern and spacious The location is good too
