Thank you Jonathan (bell service) helping us to get a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Throughout my stay, I’ve seen him actively helping us with the lift and door also. Once again thanks for the top notch service

Nice Breakfast-Buffet and nice friendly staff Karla
As an Airline Crew i like to have a good breakast. And when i have Karla serving me i am always so happy to see her! She is always so kind and so helpful! She is lovely!

Lower back massage
I had a massage with Lidia. I can highly recommend her to anyone, especially if your lower back is giving you trouble. I definitely would he here again

Wonderful hotel!
I had the BEST 80 minute massage with Lidia. She worked out so many knots & I came out feeling so relaxed!!! Please pamper yourself & see her. It was a tranquil experience with peaceful music and lighting!!🙏

Beautiful and fun
Diana was so sweet and accommodating. She always made sure we were taken care of. She even took pictures of us by the Ferris wheel! A great waitress and person.
