- Other Local AttractionsAltos de Chavon artists village is a vibrant cultural community perched above the Chavon River. cobblestone paths, coral stone fountains and terra cotta buildings create a magical effect in this village designed by Roberto Coppa, an Italian architect who at the time was a Paramount movies set designer. He built Altos de Chavon in the late 1970s to emulate a 15th century southern Italy-southern Spain village. Visitors today discover craft workshops, artists’ studios, galleries and restaurants. Weddings are frequent at the St. Stanislaus Church, as few places can be more romantic than Altos de Chavon. The performing arts are showcased in the village’s 5,000-seat amphitheatre, inaugurated in 1982 by Frank Sinatra and is still attracting top name performers. Visit the Regional Museum of Archaeology, a small but wonderful display of the Island’s rich pre-Columbian heritage. The Art Gallery features contemporary art exhibitions.

Winter getaway
Easy 1 hr transport from Punta Cana, overall great experience, excellent staff, great golf courses, Gleni E, Edward, Sergio and all staff very good service. Beach great even though it's not at the hotel. Marina restaurants very good experience and quality. Alto Shavon also very interesting different experience and great restaurants. Some live music would be a good adder at the Marina and Hotel. Great weather, 85 sunny everyday!! Teeth and the Dog and Dye Fore, high ranking great different experiences, great course conditions, caddies also very good.

Golf and so much more
Thoroughly excellent resort. Must have met at least 100 staff during our stay - with absolutely no exceptions, the staff were friendly, helpful and full of joy; they make a real difference. Great range of restaurants and facilities. Played all three golf course (twice). Enjoyed them all. Caddies very helpful and good fun. Stayed in Premier Suites, rooms well presented, cleaned to a high standard every day. We usually go "adult only" but this resort handles kids really well where they can have fun and freedom but never seem to intrude on those who prefer something quieter. Casa de Campo feels and delivers "high end", which is a really good trick for a very large resort.

Casa de Campo is an extraordinary resort. From the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out we were pampered in the best way possible. Everything is top shelf. Our accomodations at the Premier Club Villas were outstanding. We golfed four rounds at Teeth of the Dog and Dye Fore. Both courses are loaded with character. Teeth of the Dog is a top 100 golf course in the world, a well deserved distinction. The Spa is a must, we spent a full day there, first class all the way. Dining options are numerous, something for everyone's palate.. Thank you to the whole resort staff with special thanks to the following: Sergio and Euri for providing the best transportation service all week long. Adrian, our caddy,. for his valuable advice, I can't imagine what we would have done without him.. Anthony our personal concierge for always being available to answer our questions. A Five Star stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Casa de Campo exceeds all expectations!
Casa de Campo exceeded all expectations. The Resort is beautiful and pristine, a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The Resort suite was spacious and accommodating, with impeccable attention to detail. Our dining experience was wonderful, all the food was fresh and delicious, everything from seafood to steaks and more. I highly recommend the Spa for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The beach was also a highlight with soft white sand and crystalline waters, but the biggest highlight at Casa de Campo is the staff. Every member from housekeeping to the dining staff to the Resort lobby was attentive, welcoming and kind. Beautiful people with a wonderful disposition, we were treated as welcomed friends. We had a wonderful time and are planning another return trip soon!
