- Other Local AttractionsAltos de Chavon artists village is a vibrant cultural community perched above the Chavon River. cobblestone paths, coral stone fountains and terra cotta buildings create a magical effect in this village designed by Roberto Coppa, an Italian architect who at the time was a Paramount movies set designer. He built Altos de Chavon in the late 1970s to emulate a 15th century southern Italy-southern Spain village. Visitors today discover craft workshops, artists’ studios, galleries and restaurants. Weddings are frequent at the St. Stanislaus Church, as few places can be more romantic than Altos de Chavon. The performing arts are showcased in the village’s 5,000-seat amphitheatre, inaugurated in 1982 by Frank Sinatra and is still attracting top name performers. Visit the Regional Museum of Archaeology, a small but wonderful display of the Island’s rich pre-Columbian heritage. The Art Gallery features contemporary art exhibitions.

Five-Star Service From Junior Sabino – Casa de Campo
Five-Star Service From Junior Sabino – Casa de Campo I want to take a moment to recognize Junior Sabino from the Casa de Campo Welcome Staff. His level of service is truly exceptional. From the very first interaction, Junior made us feel genuinely welcomed. He went above and beyond to ensure our arrival was smooth, easy, and stress-free. His professionalism, warm attitude, and genuine desire to help stood out immediately. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and cares deeply about each guest’s experience. Junior didn’t just assist us — he anticipated what we needed before we even asked. His attention to detail, positive energy, and hospitality set the tone for the entire stay. People like Junior are the reason Casa de Campo feels world-class from the moment you arrive. Thank you, Junior, for making our stay unforgettable.

Casa is Better than Ever
I have been going to Casa for 30 years. I have seen many positive changes over the years. Things have never been operating better than they are now. We were upgraded to The Premier Club for this quick trip, which I remember as the old driving range. Special thanks to the Team there, Joan, Jose, Sebastian, Gabriel and Israel. Also, Antonio in Lago Grill is always amazing. The Teeth looks almost ready to go (I couldn’t get any insight on the changes made from anyone! Very secretive). I did get out and play a couple rounds on the Links and Dye Fore, always in great shape. Was fortunate to have my long time Caddy Ramon Diaz with me, although he doesn’t quite run around the course like he once did. The Front office process has finally been streamlined with upgraded tech, although they should move to a digital registration tablet. Staff were incredible at the Desk also. Lastly, the food and beverages were great and the staff was quick to assist with my wife’s gluten allergies. Will be back in May, for an annual Mother’s Day golf trip. Always an incredible stay, there is not a better Golf and Resort experience in the Caribbean.

Exceptional
Jonathan, Carlos, Randy, and Roberto were incredible today at the Casa de Campo pool. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care made the entire experience feel luxurious and effortless. From making sure we were comfortable, to checking in with perfect timing, to going above and beyond with every request, they delivered the best service I’ve had at the pool here. They made the day memorable, relaxing, and honestly set the standard for what great hospitality should feel like. Truly exceptional team!

Amazing!!!
Casa De Campo was just Magical. The Grounds, activities, beach, Chavon River, Marina, Polo Club , Golf Courses. Endless things to do or just relax. This was one of the most Unique Resorts I've experienced. I've stayed in many resorts in the Caribbean and had ton's of hotel site inspections as well. I've been in the Travel Industry for over 30 years and I can say without a doubt this was one of the best Resorts over all. At this resort its not all about the beach which I found refreshing. If you have an opportunity to stay at this resort you won't be disappointed. I will say you need to look at the room types as some of the lead in rooms are older deco but very well maintained. I forgot to mention you get a golf cart with you stay which is what makes it that much more fun~!
