The hotel is 1 hour from Cancun airport. The front desk staff are extremely rude and unacomodating. The hotel food is very good and the rest of the staff are great. The rooms are large and very clean. The beach is amazing. No weeds.

This resort is clean, easy to navigate, and the staff is incredible. Georgina serving drinks on the beach was a gem! Always smiling, always happy! Special mention to Ana at Tao Cat too! The ladies seating us at the buffet were so warm and friendly and always started our morning off right. Our two disappointments were the restaurants and the beach. While the service in the restaurants was superb, the steak house, Italian and Mexican restaurants lacked ambience. They felt more like a cafeteria than a resort restaurant. And honestly, I’ve had better pasta at East Side Marios than the Mama Mia on this resort. Tao Cat and the privileged BLoved restaurants were excellent. The beach was stunning BUT there are no umbrellas so everyone is up early claiming chairs in the shade. I have never been to a resort in the upgraded premium/privileged section where I had to worry about that. Overall a solid 4/5.

From start to finish our holiday has been amazing, we couldn’t recommend the hotel and all of the staff enough!
We cannot thank the staff enough for an amazing time in Mexico, it was the honeymoon of dreams! All of the waiting staff were very friendly and looked after us from the start of our trip through to the end. The staff remembered your name and always greeted you with such happiness and warmth. Staying in this hotel made you feel so special to all the staff and we would recommend it to anyone! The evening shows and entertainment programme throughout the day was amazing! The energy and effort the entertainment staff put into their shows doesn’t go unnoticed! Huge shoutout to the entertainment staff!! Wonderful vacation
We had a great stay, All the positive reviews here are accurate, It was actually better than I expected. We upgrade to Privileged but it's not necessary The only advantage is that you can eat at the beach front restaurant. Staff are super nice without expectations but we tip generously. Food was great in all restaurants and buffet was okay with lots of varieties. I don't drink so can't comment on that. There is no grab and go food only have to sit and order and sometimes take a bit long to serve the food. Beach is beautiful and clean. I found it a long walk to lobby from our room and so was asking for cart ride and they had a great service. Over all great resort, very well maintained and managed. I will definitely go back.

Mexican restaurant, waiter Juan Lopez is a very good guy! Great service, great experience! Special thanks to Gabriel and to capitan Fabiana for the entry in the restaurant.
