  Oh my! Unbelievable!

  What a beautiful place, with the friendliest, smiling employees! Kianda checked us in and her smile and kindness was so welcoming. We left the check in desk and she directed us to the dinner reservations. Tara was so helpful and patient in directing our evening meals. Mrs Mary made the best omelette for us each morning, with a sweet smile. Vernon made the water arobics sooo much fun! Chantal and Starz shared their kindness serving us with many other meals. CJ took us on a hike to the town. He was very informative and considerate of us old folks with our needs. In all, our stay was superior!!

  Absolute Paradise!

  I was so sad leaving this little peace of paradise. This resort feels like a home away from home for me. Ive just returned from I think my 6th visit and I cant wait to go back already. This is my first time staying since the huge renovation at it is very evident throughout. We stayed in one of the new Harmony rooms and they were very large, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The food seems to have take a very big leap in standard also, everyone of the specialty restaurants feel like a 5* fine dining experience with great choice and top service from the very friendly professional staff. As always the cocktails were amazing and entertainment team fantastic for keeping a lively atmosphere around the swim up bar on the splash side. The harmony side was serene and peaceful whenever we wanted quiet time. This resort as nailed it when it comes to combining 2 resorts in 1 with the family friendly and adults only side to choose from. Thank you to all the wonderful staff until we meet again.

  Love St. Lucia and Coconut Bay!

  My wife and I had an amazing time! St Lucia is a wonderful place to visit and the people there are very hospitable. The resort was a blast with many activities and things to do. The room was nice with good A/C and a great view. The restaurants at the resort are exceptional with fine dining options as well as the buffet in the lobby restaurant. I recommend having breakfast upstairs at the Veranda. The Jerk Tree House was also one of my favorites. This is a great resort and good value for the money. Be sure to take advantage of the many activities offered and you will have a great time too! I want to specifically thank Kianda at the front desk for making my wife and I feel special. She was so helpful, accommodating, and a pleasure to chat with. She definitely went above and beyond to make our vacation special.

  St. Lucia Coconut Bay is a Gem.

  The staff was so nice and personable. Kianda at the front stood out in guiding us to where activities, answering questions even though the was Guest Relations. We like the room however they were booked so we stayed on the family side versus the Harmony/Serenity side but we still had a wonderful time.

  Top-Tier Stay at Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa — Exceptional Food, Hospitality, and Heart!

  From the moment my family and I arrived in St. Lucia, the warmth and hospitality exceeded every expectation. starting with our very first interaction with Tari, our incredible concierge. Tari set the tone for an experience that was truly top tier in every way — from food to service to entertainment! Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Felicia started our mornings perfectly with delicious coffee and a bright smile. Shara made sure our meals were always fresh and flavorful, while Chard delivered a nice Italian dining experience! Maihalia was a highlight during dinner and ensured every dish was beautifully presented. And if you love pasta, don’t miss Isshee at Mama Mia’s pasta bar or cooking up some late night snacks at flip flop — absolutely phenomenal. The bars each had their own charm and personality. We enjoyed great vibes and even better drinks when these guys were tending the bar Tyrone at Harmony Bar, Jedi’s at lobby Bar, Ed at lobby Bar, Jamal at Paradise Bar, Dillion at lobby Bar, Winston’s at Peter John’s and Lobby Bar, and Deneza’s Pool Bar — each one offering friendly faces and island-inspired cocktails that kept the good times flowing. We can’t forget the incredible Jerk Hut (and yes, we got the perfect picture there!) — the flavors were unforgettable. Shass at Silk Restaurant provided excellent wait service and Silk was another must-visit, blending ambiance, authenticity, and mouthwatering cuisine. Entertainment was a 10/10 thanks to My girls Akira, and Glelee (forgive me if I’ve misspelled your name a congrats on your bundle of joy!) their energy, fun games, and dance music, kept my family and I laughing and partying. And a special shoutout to Quincy at marketplace, Olivia and Ima for being so kind and assisting us throughout out stay with reservations or general questions, Amos (our amazing bus driver) that took us on the most memorable & beautiful land and sea tour. Shakina, front desk who all played a memorable parts in making our stay effortless and enjoyable. Those are only a few but everyone was very kind and welcoming. Every meal, every smile, and every moment was filled with genuine care and island spirit. St. Lucia is beautiful, but it’s the people — like the incredible staff mentioned above who make it truly special. If you’re considering a trip to St. Lucia, look no further. The food, hospitality, and heart of this place are unmatched. My family and I can’t wait to return. We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and memories that will last a lifetime! 💙🌴
