Never again…. will I EVER stay here!!
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!! The property is OLD and outdated!! They have some construction at the front so the area is closed off. Ice night club has been closed for 5 yrs now. There wasn’t anything to do at night other than the casino. There is only 1 specialty restaurant open a day and it fills up immediately, so be prepared to eat at the buffets. The food options were basically the same thing daily, just cooked with a different sauce. The shower head in our room was broken and kept falling off spraying our hair (reported it on day 1, the housekeeper came and looked at it laying on the floor of the shower and left) The back of the toilet had what looked to be dried up piss, which the housekeeper said it wasn’t piss, that that is was the worn paint on the toilet. The AC didn’t work the entire time, the roof started leaking on the bed while we were sleep at 2am. We called the front desk go no answer, a we had to walk out in the rain at 2am to the security booth and after he made 4 calls to several different people was finally able to get a hold of someone. A maintenance man came with a mop bucket and change of sheets as if we were gonna get back into that bed under a leaking roof. It was almost 5am by the time they got us to a new room. We talked to guest services and the woman showed NO kind of empathy, unapologetic, didn’t take my room number or name and started talking about the next time I come to the resort. I stopped her and said Ma’am there won’t be a next time. Checked out and left!!

Negative Confesi palm resort
I found this all-inclusive to be disappointing. It had a very uninterested group of staff. They would laugh with each other and then if you approach them nobody said good morning or how are you or anything like that it was just they waited on you or got you what you needed and that was it sometimes they were even rude about it. This doesn't wasn't just with the restaurants but any staff anywhere. They were not friendly. The food both in the buffets and the restaurants was bland. No matter what I ordered it was not hot and very tasteless. Very frustrating stay. I only had one staff that I really enjoyed and that was my housekeeper. If you gave somebody a tip they didn't even acknowledge you or say thank you. I stopped giving tips

The whole entire experience with lifestyle Cofresi Palm beach was terrible. Reservations was a disaster, the room was like a dog house no hot water tiles falling down in the shower the room was dated. And I paid $500 USD for two nights!! Horrible I will never be back and will never recommend to anybody. I expected something much different

Small Getaway
The hospitality and customer service were great, specially Angelica Hernandez from the reservation department. She went above and beyond for us. The service at the VIP pool was amazing. I was not a fan of the shuttle buses but you get used to it. Overall positive experience.

Horrible accomodations
We arrived and saw that a large portion of the resort was closed for repairs. The first room they assigned to us was a nightmare. Very old and furniture was paired over multiple times even over damaged areas. The room smelled of mold and there was visible mold on the floor coming from under the door that goes to the adjacent room. Instead of proper remodels they paired everything including the tub and caulked it terribly as if a two year old did the work. There was a hole in the ceiling and mold. The water pressure was very low. The sink stopper and tub stopper were broken and I had to keep hem out of sink and tub or risk an overflow. The phone wasn’t working so I had to walk a very long distance to guest services to advise them about the room being subpar. The was not exhaust fan or AC in the bathroom and the jalousie window was damaged and had a lot of silicone lumped up on one side. The small refrigerator was on the floor and the lower portion of it was all rusted/corroded and door kept opening up. The door frame and sliding door for the balcony was damaged, not square and could not close or lock. They charged a daily fee for a ridiculous lock to put on the safe inside the closet. They moved us to another room in the building next store and it was slightly better but all the same. The handheld shower in that room was to high to reach and when we showered water flooded into the floor. This room was slightly better but I would have never come if I had known of the conditions. I booked through monster travel who was informed by Cofresi and photos that the resort is higher caliber. The guy at guest services would not even speak to my rep at monster. The rest of the resort was nice. The pools were all nice and clean but need some work since the interiors were spalling and cracking. The beach there is not what I expected; so much kelp and seaweed in and out of the water and the beach doesn’t get cleaned off. You can’t see in the water too much sand turbulence yet very little waves. The food was not that great except for some of the Dominican dishes but then most of it was too salty. The salad and fruit was great, that’s mostly what I ate. I ended up with travelers diarrhea from the end of my trip and it’s 8 days since I returned. We drank bottled water but some things had ice and likely caught the bug that way. I was told by Monater vacations that I did not have to do a promotional tour and sales grind but was told by someone knocking on my door in the morning that we are VIP and we get a breakfast and tour of the property. They ended up taking way too much of our vacation time trying to sell us on the beautiful newer areas Lifestyle holiday vacations. I told them they should have given us those accommodations and maybe I would have considered it but I wasn’t interested and they kept pushing. Do your due diligence or stay away! Go to punta Cana
