    It’s a hotel was clean and well staffed. A short walk from the beach. The AC in the room is worked extremely well.

    The courtyard Aruba resort was a very nice hotel, even if it was a little expensive. Juliette served us free breakfast each day, and she was very kind and personable.

    Our once in a life time honeymoon was almost RUINED. We asked for something special for our honeymoon after just being married and was promised a surprise…nothing. The service here is HORRIBLE and most of the staff are extremely rude! The room was fine in the beginning but the vent on the ceiling started pouring water during the night all over our stuff. I talked to the front desk and they didn’t fix it. We also woke up to a gecko on the couch…. We are dry drinkers and were charged for alcoholic drinks EVERY DAY when we never got any alcohol. We talked to the waiter/ waitress and they argued with us that a drink without alcohol is the same price. If you look at THEIR menu. It’s not. Craziness!!! We also felt strongly that everyone looked down on us due to being “younger”. Anyone who was older and looked more “expensive” was treated SO much better than us. We will never be coming here again. The only good thing was the island itself and tour guides from around the island. Please stay somewhere else!

    The staff is very friendly, attentive and nice. They place is also clean with a nice atmosphere. Good spread for breakfast

    Overall experience

    Beautiful hotel, great location, 10 minute walk to the beach or go with the shuttle service outside the front of the hotel to the private section where they supply beds and towels We also enjoyed swimming at the lovely pool which has a swim up pool bar. The pool waiter made us the best Strawberry Shortcake cocktails!. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help

    Great spot!

    The hotel was very clean and comfortable. At first I was worried about not being directly on the beach but the hotel is actually right across the street from the beach and there is a free shuttle so it was no problem at all. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We got excellent service from Daniel and Steven at the poolside bar. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!
