    Average Experience in Marriott with a premium charge.

    Very avarage hotel, no beach services!! Holiday Inn next to Marriott have beach services. Summing Pools are not great!! No luxary atmosphere and not a great value for money!! If it is family vacation, may not be a great hotel as inside the hotel nothing to enjoy. I paid extra for Ocean Front view and got a poor view room!!

    Great location / great staff

    We had a wonderful time at this hotel and enjoyed the location and proximity to downtown and all of the activities. Clyde and his hotel staff were very welcoming and worked really heard during this peak season.

    No Room at the Inn on Christmas

    A last minute emergency business trip had me traveling the day after Christmas to Nassau. Because of the holidays, prices were gouging and room space limited at all hotels. I booked through EXPEDIA, a big mistake on so many levels. I had confirmations and payments all in hand but when I checked in aft 10pm the first night I was told there was a trouble with the reservation system and they had NO ROOMS. The manager told me I had to call Expedia to change hotels and not their problem. Expedia did call hotel and where given same story, only thing then from Expedia was an offer of a refund. At first I thought yes this was the problem but as more and more people came into check-in they were faced with the same problem. With a full lobby of angry tired families / travelers at 10:45pm we all shared our stories. Many had directly booked with Marriot months in advance and also had confirmations and credit cards billed/paid for. Obviously the Marriott manager had lied and was overbooked and we were all the unlucky late arrivals. I would say do not use this hotel at any time as even with confirmations and payments taken YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED a room if they overbook. After 1 hour of phone calls I made to the other hotels, I managed to get a room at the Coral Atlantis. Ended up having to take an over priced taxi after midnight. An expensive lesson learnt, do not trust even well know hotel chains and check in early to ensure you get a room.

    Courtyard saved Christmas

    We were the victims of fraud at another establishment and Lennet at the Courtyard saved the week! We were about to find a tent to use on the beach!!!
