    A Time Was Had

    Disclaimer: I came with mid expectations because of the price point in comparison to other resorts in which I have stayed. With that being said, I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service we received and the quality of the food we consumed (the Mexican restaurant was just okay though). Rodeo Grill (the steakhouse) was a family fave! Unfortunately, they were making improvements on parts of the resort during our stay, and we missed out on the kids waterpark area, which was a huge reason for us choosing this resort, along with the price. In the first part of the week of our stay there was a lack of umbrellas poolside, but by the end of the week more had been added—probably due to the complaints. Also, I don’t know if it was because we came in June (June grass), but the seaweed was out of control and made the beach unusable for our little ones. I would like to add that the entertainment was A1! Angel/Chocolate was absolutely my fave person who works for the resort! He was a jack of all trades and so much fun!!! All in all, the positives outweighed the negatives, and my family had a wonderful time.

    Perfect for families

    The staff was extremely friendly and happily accommodated every request we made. Angel and Roberto were especially great and created a great time with organized games and events. We felt very welcome the whole time. We have two young children and were seeking a family friendly atmosphere, and it was exactly that. Even the the aqua park was under renovation, the kids never lacked for options on things to do. The adventure club was something both our kids looked forward to every day and that gave my wife and I some extra time to ourselves. Overall a great time and would definitely come again.

    Food is delicious

    The food service was Amazing, Fedirco, Javier,Maria and Marcos are rhe very best!!! Make you can ask for them when you can!

    Good times

    Everything was excellent, Samantha y Yosher were excellent and provided plenty of laughs. Beach had seaweed unfortunately and the kid slide was out of service which should’ve been part of our booking since scheduled.
