    Angel is Amazing!

    This hotel is perfect for families. Our kids had a great time, felt comfortable having them walking around together. And the entertainment crew was exceptional. Angel made sure we were all taken care of. He is an incredible host that goes above and beyond!

    This resort is perfect for family gatherings! Ana, who works at the Rodeo Grill, was by far the best server in the entire resort. Her service was outstanding — attentive, kind, and truly phenomenal. Thank you, Ana, for making our experience even more memorable! Mateo Family .

    AMAZING!

    Justo and Domingo provided the BEST service!!!! Entire staff was amazing. Will definitely be coming back to see them! They were extremely attentive and helpful. Made sure to make our drinks to our standards! Made our kids mocktails, and made sure they were content!

    Great experience!

    This was an amazing trip with so much fun for the kids! The show with: Alejandro Alexa Claudia Iris David Cristian Nestor Abigail Daniel Omar was amazing and they were so kind with the kids open to chatting and taking pictures after. The play area for the kids was pretty good and all of the staff try to be accommodating to the different needs of the children.

    Sensira Super Staff & Hotel

    We visited this hotel with a large group of families all on Holiday. This hotel had it all, and although it was probably incredibly difficult, the staff was incredible to us all. Angel! Gustavo! Edger! This team had everything figured out and taken care of for us, whether a volleyball game on the beach, cut up fruit by the pool, or a cold drink when the sun was strong - we are super grateful for the amount they cared.
