Jan 26, 2026PREMIER WEBSITE and CUSTOMER SERVICE - HORRIBLE
The website and call center customer service are HORRIBLE. We have been members for 4 years, and it just keeps getting worse. I DREAD any time I have to make a reservation or make a call. Here is a recent example. I called last weekend to book a reservation. After being on hold for a while, I finally got an agent. It took 18 minutes. The processes and technology are beyond antiquated. Today, I had a question about my contract. After 10 minutes on hold, I gave up. When you are on hold, you get a message that goes something like this: "We are sorry, no one is available to help you. We will get back to you soon." OK, good message. (By the way, the sound of this message is muffled, totally unprofessional. My 90-year-old mom's message sounds better than this.) BUT, this message is repeated EVERY FIVE SECONDS. Try listening to that for 10 minutes. Better yet, how about I leave my number, and you call me back when you are available, like nearly EVERY OTHER B2C company. I tried using a form on their website so I could ask the question digitally. It is a simple question. This would save me time on hold and save them labor, freeing up their call center to handle more complex questions. But the form doesn't work either. Does management review this? Maybe they can try making a call themselves? Sending a digital message through the site? I mean, running a resort is hard, hard work; they have this down. Running a decent website and call center is WAY EASIER.

The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, fun and sexy. Great variety of food and drinks, but the staff is what makes it so special. The Playmakers, Candice, JJ, Jess, Abi, Matt, Tristan, and Kia were fun, energetic, funny & friendly, worked tirelessly from the beginning until the end of the day. Antonio, Victor & Miguel at the pool made us feel so very special Our servers at the pool, Servando & Gabi, couldn’t have treated us better. Fernando in the spa, highly recommended! Eme at Suki, amazing service!

A great and fun vacation. !!!!
We had a great time. The players , JJ, Jess, Abi, Rio, Matt, Candice, Tristan, really made it fun. They had us involved in playing games. They also provided great entertainment during the day and also a show at night. The food was excellent. We ate buffet mostly. They have a very wide selection of food each time. They also offered to order from the menu. The rooms where very clean and the daily room service was great. The property always looks great. They keep the place very clean. The pool was always clean. The guy that attended to the pool beds always had us a bed ready each day. We had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone.

LOVE DESIRE PEARL & STAFF
This was our 10th trip to Pearl since 2020. As always Alexis and Vincent my favorite bell boys went above and beyond to make our stay special! They truly are the heart of the resort! Gabi at the pool bar is an absolute angel my husband and I just adore her. She has the kindest, sweetest soul! The resort is under new managment. We had an issue with our room and in 15 minutes Daniel Sanchez, Mayte, and Camila were there to get whatever we needed resolved. You can tell changes are coming but Daniel Sanchez and his associates are freaking AMAZING! The new lobby bar is beautiful, but I am completly devestated that Juan is no longer there. He was the best and made our mornings making the best bloody marys. I hope he can come back!! The new bathrooms in the lobby are very nice, also heard they are going to start renovating the rooms which is much needed. Pedro and DJ Omar at the club really out did themselves this trip! They made our experience unforgetable. Eddie and Yolanda were both not at the pool this trip. Very very dissapointing (they were in aphrodite) They are both a staple at the Pool. Eddie is the best bartender!!!! Yolanda is also an amazing pool waitress!!! I was also pleased to see Eme back at the resort! Antonio (head waiter) was so amazing and made this trip awesome! Javier the groundskeeper is always so pleasant and I love seeing him! Miguel at the pool always make sure we have the seats we want and is awesome!! The new playmakers Jess and Abi are awesome as well! I can't express enough how much we appreciate and adore Alexis, Vincent, Gabi, Yolonda, Eddie, Pedro, DJ Omar, Antonio, Eme, Miguel, Javier, and huge shout out to Daniel Sanchez, Mayte, and Camila!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOOD, SERVICE, AND STAFF ALWAYS AMAZING!
