Jun 21, 2025Nothing sensual left besides the wall decor OR don’t fix what is not broken!
We have been going to Desire RM for years (about 30 trips) and sadly the resort completely lost it’s vibe that gave them all those 5star reviews in the past. Most of us used to close our eyes to most stuff that definitely does not meet 5star hotel level as we were not there for the “room or food”.The sensual atmosphere, all vibe between the guests and entertainment was what attracted loyal guests to keep booking trip after trip. Everything changed with opening of Eden. Whoever designed it has no idea what resort is about and most likely never bothered to come to the resort as a guest. They turned the hidden paradise into yet another commercial building, looking to get the most money they can but completely destroyed what resort used to be: small boutique hotel that had it’s own community, where everyone knew each other by name and staff was like family. And changes are obvious: entertainment was horrible ( DJ can’t “read the room”, actually looked like he and violinist have not rehearsed the performance, sounded like dying cat noise with the beat),playmakers should get together with Mia, Anna or DD and get lessons what means to be a Playmaker. The main pool had dirt floating by the stairs for at least 2 days and then they decided to clean the white pool chairs WHILE guests were in the pool!!! You would have never seen that before!! STAFF IS AMAZING as always, they do their best to make guest feel like the resort is as it used to be. There is nothing sensual left about the resort except for the decor on the walls. Now it is just like any other adults only hotel. BUILD THE WALL between the old RM side and new Eden part and bring the old pool bar and hot tub back! The bar by the old lobby where people used to meet new guests as they arrive and make connections! Make Eden the Quiet side for those who want to be isolated in their luxury rooms while the rest of us are having fun mingling at the small but amazing place that Desire RM used to be! IF ONLY MANAGEMENT WOULD CARE TO LISTEN!!

Jun 18, 2025Seventh Visit and Still Completely in Love with Desire!
This was our seventh trip to Desire Riviera Maya in the past two years—clearly, we’re huge fans! Everything about this resort keeps us coming back: the incredible staff, the seamless convenience from Cancun airport, and the unforgettable energy throughout the entire stay. A special shoutout to Javi, who leads the Playmakers team. He brings so much joy, energy, and life to the poolside activities during the day and the amazing nighttime theme shows. The entire team goes above and beyond—every theme night feels fresh, fun, and full of effort. We’ve visited many adult-only, all-inclusive resorts throughout the Caribbean, and we honestly feel that Desire’s service and food are a cut above the rest. The resort creates the perfect blend of luxury, connection, and playful, spicy fun that’s hard to find anywhere else. We also indulged in several couples massages at the spa this time, which were absolutely amazing—highly recommend! We always leave with smiles on our faces, new memories, and new friends. Already counting down the days until our return in August!

Sexy Fun
So much sexy fun! Had the best week ever with my wife. Fun can be had around the clock. There is opportunity for everyone in or out of the LS to enjoy this place with an open mind. We enjoyed every morning with Elizabeth’s coffee’s and afternoons with Africa’s drink service.

Another great trip to Pearl
Just returned from a week at Desire Pearl and I must say things have improved tremendously. We were there in January. Don't get me wrong. We have always enjoyed our trips over the last many years, but it keeps getting better. The new chef is trying new items, and we salute him. He has really exceeded our expectations. As always, the staff has continued to be some of the best. A special shout out to Ediberto in Aphrodite who gave us special service. And of course, the guys who make up the beds and chairs, Victor, Horacio, and Antonio. Looking forward dt our next trip in January.

Perfect honeymoon!
This was a new experience for us and didn’t know what to expect. The resort was immaculately clean which was super important to us considering the activities we were fantasizing about well in advance😉. We had a Beloved swim up suite which felt perfect for us to dabble our toes in the environment. While it was open to others view, it was still extremely private. We shared so many incredible moments on this trip. Our butlers Guatemala and Daniel made it all come together perfectly. We experienced the spa and had both a couples massage (erotic) and I was treated to the 4-hand massage with two amazing women. I wish I could divulge more here but the experience lives sweetly in my mind. If there’s ANYTHING you want/desire… all you have to do is ask. We will be going back!
