    Like a boomerang, I’ll be coming back - wonderful place!

    First time visiting Aruba and selected this location based on family recommendations who have stayed here before and it was a wonderful experience. There was construction going on during our stay, but that did not take away from the great experience. The staff above everything else, is what will keep me coming back. Everyone was so helpful to include the construction folks and that tells me the managers are looking at every angle to make me feel welcome. Of course the beaches and beautiful water were amazing along with feeling secure with attentive beach staff, but one of my favorites things was having a kitchen to make my own meals. This allowed me to eat healthier and simply stay in to relax after fun days on the beach. One other thing I loved: washer and dryer in the room - it was a mini one, but worked great for my needs. Aruba overall is a great place and this resort made me feel at home while on vacation. I can see why people keep coming back.

    Great vacation at Divi Phoenix - we'll be back!

    Our first time staying at the Divi Phoenix and not somewhere all inclusive. We LOVED it! The location is perfect - right on the water on the quiet side of Palm beach. The one bedroom suite was huge, so much better than staying in a regular hotel room. The staff here is amazing - especially Julio who took care of us every morning with chairs and a big smile. Ariel was also great and Sandra at the towel desk was super friendly. Food at all the restaurants was really good. Pure Beach was casual and reasonably priced. On Monday (a normal work day for us) we had pizza for lunch from the Wave Shack eaten under our palapa with cocktails. It doesn't get much better than that! Only two cons: room smelled really musty (in fairness it's the same in other resorts we've stayed at in Aruba). There was only one working elevator the week we were there. When guests complained about it while waiting I'd always joke that if that was our biggest complaint it wasn't so bad!!!

    Excellent experience, we’ll be back.

    This was our fourth visit to the Divi Pheonix and we are never disappointed. Our room was clean. They provided a dehumidifier upon request. A lot of other reviews complained about construction, but we barely noticed any noise. We do spend more time in the ocean than the pools so it may not be as noticeable. We ate at Pure Beach for breakfast & lunch a couple times and our waiter Shaqquire was very friendly and attentive. We had a nice conversation with him about the island. Pure Beach has also upped their food game since our last visit. Food options were better. The bartenders there are also great.

    DIVI PHENOIX MOSQUITOESS

    Mosquitoes, MOSQUITOES, MOSQUITOES. GREAT BEACH, until dinner time. Very very bad. They spray OFF, while eating. Disgusting. Other then that, great place to stay. Super clean beach, rooms, and lobby. Staff was excellent, BUT AGAIN, YOU CANNOT SIT OUTSIDE FOR DINNER. HOTEL WAS WELL AWARE OF THE SITUATION, they didn’t care. What restaurant waiters carry OFF in there pockets??? Unacceptable.

    Our Divi vacation never disappoints!

    We come the same time every year with friends and family and are always happily greeted by the wonderful staff. Sondra, Julio, Ariel and Joel are so pleasant and helpful! Love seeing Michelle at the concierge desk and Andreas in bar area each time we come! We enjoy seeing our favorites and meeting new staff as well! Friendly, courteous and always a smile on their faces. It feels like coming home!
