My wife (Debra Silmon) and I (Herman Silmon) are/have been owners at the Divi Phoenix for decades. We were guests at the Phoenix for weeks 5 & 6 in February 2025, and an additional two weeks 13 & 14 in March/April 2025. The services we received were outstanding and made our stays extremely enjoyable. As we've seen in our personal careers, staff is a reflection of leadership, and the Phoenix under General Manager, Pearl Lake, is truly reflective of her personality. She has assembled a staff that is attentive from guests arrivals until their departures. By name we would like to acknowledge Yvette, Hansel, Chido, Claudia, Jackie, Oscar, Emmely, Roberto, Jason, Julio, JR, Sandra, Kimberly, Patrick, Gabriel, and many others that made our vacation extra special! These staff members range from management, doormen, food service, maintenance, pool service, housekeeping, front desk, etc. This speaks to the leadership of GM Lake, who through her personal interactions, and visibility with guests makes the vacation experience thoroughly enjoyable. Many of us owners were dismayed when GM Griffith retired, but Divi made an outstanding decision by promoting GM Lake as his replacement. The current and past renovations would be challenging to any manager while the resort continues operating, but GM Lake has shown she is up to the task, and we guests are very satisfied how smoothly things have gone. Divi Phoenix wonderful trip
The resort was wonderful and the staff was great. We would get towels everyday from a lady Sandra Mora. She was the sweetest person and became friends quickly. We looked forward to her smiling face every day. All of the staff was so accommodating and remembered your name.

Easter Break
An amazing property with the best accommodations, we had 4 rooms between the 14 of us ,each was perfect. The 3 bedroom was spacious and being a penthouse the bedrooms were upstairs away from the living area, perfect for the family with children. We also had 3 one bedrooms that opened up to the beach and pool areas. This was a perfect vacation in a perfect setting. Divi does it right!

We loved our vacation in Divi Phoenix, The resort is beautiful, clean and well maintained especially the pools and beach areas. The newly renovated rooms look very nice, beautiful kitchen, nice size rooms for a family of 4. However, the furniture specifically speaking of bed and pull out couch aren't new or comfortable at all. We played "music beds" all week and rotated beds to alleviate the discomfort. The room smell was not pleasant, you would think the housekeeping would notice during their shifts and take care of it. We had an issue with washer/dryer combo and jacuzzi (not the worst part of it) but even if reported was not taken care of. Staff is great and service as good. Overall the place is very nice!

Divi Phoenix
We just returned from Divi Phoenix. The resort is beautiful and the staff is so accommodating. The resort is very clean and the renovations are great. It is walkable and taxi’s are available to go outside the resort. The food is very good, especially Pure Ocean, where you can see the sunset. Highly recommended.
