My family and I have been going for the past 10 years and it’s absolute paradise every single time. 2015 we bought a one bedroom with a pullout queen in the towers 12th floor. It is the most amazing view and the resort accommodations are just so above par. The Divi Phoenix has the most pleasant and lovely people on that island working there from Jean Michelle at the front desk, to Jay over at the bar, and every morning in between that makes it such a magical place! I feel bad. I can’t name any others, but there are dozens more that interact with you on a daily basis and the most incredible people I’ve ever met. Gotta go see Keith at Daniel’s steakhouse, not just for his service but for his company as well. Gianni’s is right next-door that’s an absolute must, everything on the menu is insanely tasty and delicious. Asia next-door is also incredible. Last but not least Zee Rover on the other side of the island as the freshest, fish and shrimp, plantains, fries that you will ever eat in your life absolute must have to go. We will see you next year and every year after until there is no more years left ciao.

Divi Aruba Phoenix is Paradise!
What can I say, Divi Aruba Phoenix has been my second home for 27 years and I love everything about it. The cleaning staff, the pool crew, the front desk, the restaurants, the bell crew, and The Phoenix itself are top notch. Look no further for accommodations in Aruba. The Divi Aruba Phoenix is the BEST resort in Aruba.

GREAT RESORT
The resort is very beautiful looking right over the ocean which allowed for beautiful sunset viewing. Clean and well maintained grounds by friendly staff always greeting you and willing to assist. The room I was assigned had 2 very large self contained bedrooms (each room had it's own safe deposit boxes which I really appreciated) . The living room was smaller than others that I stayed at but it worked as the patio area made up for that as it was very large and well furnished. The kitchen was a little small but had everything you needed (except an oven). The micro wave was very modern as were the shower and commode. The shower had some of a drainage issue but we made it work. Location was great - we were able to walk to the Palm Beach Strip enjoying the views of the other resorts and the shops at the strips.

Concerns form a member
As a return visitor, it was nice seeing some familiar faces like Julio who goes beyond the call of duty to assist us. Sandra at the towel hut know you my name and Danny the now bartender. Advail the retired activities director was back to train new activities manager. She is the best, children and adults love her. It is sad to know she will not be there next year. With renovations being done I got to stay in one of the renovated suites. The items that were removed was better quality than the stuff put in now. the area rugs curl up at the end switch caused a hazardous concern about tripping and falling. With installation of the dishwasher, left no water line for the refrigerator ice maker which is a bummer. New cushion lounge chair would be nice especially since the other Divi locations have them. When you sit on them for hours, they tend to get uncomfortable. It would be nice to have an air condition restaurant on site. Currently I go to another Divi location that has an air-conditioned restaurant. t would also be nice to have some sort of nightly entertainment like before after happy hour. It would keep me from having to look for evening entertainment elsewhere. The new front desk staff doesn't seem to have any answers to your questions. The concierge people have more answers which leads to the question, are the new employees at the front desk being trained at all. New guest doesn't know about the welcome party or what any of the daily specials are if another repeat guest doesn't share. On Sunday mornings there was where the staff would explain those things before. Now you are on your own It would be nice if the members would be updated on what is going on at the resort.

Don’t think twice, book it!
My wife and I just stayed a week here and honestly don’t have a single thing to complain about. This resort shines because of the people that work there. They keep it exceptionally clean. They provide an amazing level of customer service at every level. The food at all of the restaurants ( shout out to the Wave Shake in particular!) is amazing. The concierge and front desk were always friendly and helpful. Even the vacation club sales team, we worked with Julis and Lisa, were all information and Zero pressure. Big shoutouts to Yasmir, Deano and Estraia(?) behind the bar. Yasmir took the time to help us with things outside of the bar every day! We will be back!!!
