    Aruba is my happy place

    Divi has stepped up its game with the renovations at the beach villa. Staff are fantastic. Razi and Kimmie @ Pure Ocean cafe are great and attentive. Sandra and Lucky at the towel bar are excellent and very accommodating. Michelle is awesome. Don’t sleep on the Aloe store onsite. They have better deals than the store outside the property. My only critique is that they will need to upgrade to new mats in the gym and a wipe down off them and BOSU balls will help with the upkeep.

    Lunch at PureBeach

    We had lunch at Divi Phoenix Aruba at PureBeach before we headed out to the Airport. We were served by Sara Monsalve and we wanted to applaud her for her excellent service. Her Customer Service and follow up is a A+. We even told her that but wanted to write a review for her. She made our dining experience much better than expected. Thank you Sara!!

    Excellent stay at Divi Aruba Phoenix

    This was our 30th year visiting Aruba! Divi Aruba Phoenix was wonderful. The staff, Yvette Narayan, Sondra Moya, and manager Pearl Lake were most welcoming and took excellent care of us during our stay!

    Restaurant review

    My friend and I shared dinner w/ music and Karioke. Our waiter was Shaquille. Such a polite respectful person. We ordered the ribs but only ate half. He was so respectful explaining to us why we couldn’t take a to go box. It was all you can eat and people would take more than their share. It all made sense. He was so apologetic about it. He was an excellent waiter and made sure he was attentive to us. I had to leave a nice tip! Hope to see him again. Thank you Shaquille
