Do NOT waste your time or money going to this resort. St. Croix is an AMAZING place to visit, but go visit it at another resort!

Advertised as a 4-star all-inclusive resort. Rude staff, minimal food options, poor food quality, poor drink quality. Not as Advertised. Wish I would have known before I booked. But one thing I have learned from this trip, I will never stay at a Divi site again. 1.5 out of 5.

Dec 21, 2025Relaxing environment with decent food and drink options
Upon arrival we were promptly greeted and served a delicious beverage. The check in process was simple and effortless and we were given a quick but thorough explanation of the property. We went to our room and the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. We explored the property which was nice but quickly noticed it was in the process of being renovated. Overall the property was in good condition but there are some areas that needed some attention; the beach area needed some maintenance and the pool area could use some more speakers and some access to music. The staff is very friendly and attentive especially at the pool side bar. There is a decent amount of food and drink choices, but it is not a fully equipped bar; the bar has the basics and the bartenders make good tasting drinks. The water sports staff was helpful and we enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding.

Really loved the experience at this place specially the bar and the best bar tender of our week Louisa she was very helpful,tentative and never disappointed with the drinks will definitely recommend her to family and friends

Nice resort
The resort has so much potential. Nice pool, pretty beach view, hotel rooms are right on the beach. Pool bar was fun. Food and drinks are all inclusive for a minor $1900 additional mandatory fee. Had very few guests which is good and bad. Not a lot of staff but the staff was extremely friendly. Loisa was a great bartender as were the others. Waitresses were nice and food was delicious however there were a few days only half the items were available on the menu probably because of the low guest rate. Hotel was clean. There is need for upkeep especially on the outdoor grounds. Tennis courts were badly cracked and warped which made for a challenging game. Mini golf looked fun. They had some pool side activities like painting and bingo which were fun. Excited to hear the steel drums and see the fire dancers tonight! With the small volume of people here we were able to make a few friends. Everybody was nice here! We enjoyed our stay- just hope management can put a little more upkeep into the place to make it a 4 or 5 star place.
