Just returned home from 7 wonderful days at the Divi Village Golf and Beach resort. The studio suite was roomy and comfortable. The restaurants were amazing, the food was comparable to a highly rated Manhattan restaurant. The pools were quite large and beautifully maintained. I cannot rave enough about the staff....I want to mention our tram drivers, Sherino and Devon.. Both were friendly, courteous and helpful. I really enjoyed The Infinity outdoor bar...Timothy and Kenny were extremely busy yet we never had a long wait to be served. These young men were both friendly and courteous despite the hectic bar environment. The wait staff also have to be commended....Our first dining experience was at Windows and Mario was our server. He was attentive and made excellent suggestions... such a lovely man. Mulligans was a daily stop ....Luz and Chris were our servers at breakfast and dinner. Both women were friendly, attentive and so pleasant to see each day. Last but not least is the lovely Daisy with the beautiful hair and smile. Seeing her each morning was like a ray of indoor sunshine, as she had such a radiant smile and pleasant disposition. The above mentioned employees certainly know how to work with the public and truly are an asset to the Divi organization. Thank you for a truly memorable vacation! Veronica from New York City

Great resort also for none-golfers!
Great resort for ten days. Nice village-like hotelarea, great staff, also providing rides both within the resort and to the nearby cooperating resorts. Good restaurants, Mulligan’s being the better one, with great menues and a friendly and attentive staff (like the other venues). Nice rooms and a 5 min walk to a great beach (but watch out for the chairhogs ruling the palapas from 7 in the morning). Anyway, sunchairs are available all time. Easy bustransfer (Arubus) just outside the resort to Oranjestad in 10 min. We will be back for sure.

This was my worst experience in 9 years. Provided the wrong room (supposed to have a 1 bedroom and was given a studio) at check in, faulty equipment (fire suppression system going off) causing injury, staff without empathy. I'm disappointed at the entire experience.

Missing Aruba already
Great resort and great beach! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to get tours scheduled promptly as they came directly to the property. Transportation was easy and accessible to downtown Aruba.

Jan 06, 2026Please Don’t Pay for “Upgrade”. My Advise is to Avoid
We arrived at the Divi Golf and Beach Club yesterday. We had two rooms reserved. One for our adult kids in regular rate room. We paid for an upgrade to oceanfront lanai for husband and I. The kids room is modern and in great condition. Our room I reminds me of a red roof inn. Completely unacceptable in an all inclusive resort. I have attached some photos They will move us today but to a regular room and no compensation. As an avid traveler with diamond status at Hilton and titanium at Marriott, I know what to expect. This hotel definitely does not provide it. Walls damaged sheets are scratchy and only two towels in your room. There ia no bar soap and the conditioner in the shower is actually body lotion. Bring your own supplies!! No water provided in room which is very annoying. It just does not feel like an all inclusive to me. No information about activities given upon arrival so you are on your own to figure it all out. They also don’t take you to your room so good luck finding it with all your luggage in tow. Prior to staying here we spent Want to know anything? You have to go all the way to tamarin hotel to get activity info. Why can’t that be provided upon arrival? We also made golf reservations through concierge but no actual reservation was made when we showed up in AM We spent three nights at the embassy suites prior to going to Divi and we wish we would have remained there. Much better resort with more value hands down. If you are deciding where to book in Aruba choose a different spot.
