This was my first time in PR and this was such an wonderful stay! All of the accommodations were lovely. There's a 24 hour supermarket across the street. Very clean room and the amenities were perfect and well kept. Having a 24 hour pool was so refreshing! And they have an amazing beach shuttle service at the valet station that is only 3 minutes away from the hotel. My valet/shuttle driver William was so friendly and offered great tips for getting around the island! I can't wait for my next visit, I already know where I'll be staying

Great customer service
Everyone at this hotel was kind and helpful from the front desk to a guy doing maintenance one night in my hallway. William my valet especially was very helpful with finding me everything I needed during the most stressful part of my trip, leaving for the airport. Thank you William

Great place to stay!
My stay at Doubletree was so wonderful, I will Doubletree be staying here again. The hotel is in such a great location, Super Max is right across the street! They have bikes you can take out and explore the area which makes for such a fun way to explore. They have a golf cart that takes you to the local beach which is beautiful. They have a pool and jacuzzi that starts open...24/7!! The valet staff outside, particularly William and James(Bad Bunnys lookalike cousin) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided great recs in the area and always had a smile on their face. Thank you so much for making our stay so great!!

Amazing place to stay
Will the valet personal is awsome. He is sweet and helpful. Definitely deserves a raise !!! The staff is great! Comfortable rooms and beds. Housekeeping is great as well.
