Friendly and welcoming staff. The room was attended to daily and we were given fresh towels and bottled water. Pierre Cafe served a variety of appetizers, meals and drinks to satisfy everyone’s palette. Free coffee for guests. Guests had unlimited access to a clean pool, hot tub and fitness center. Valet services included a free ride to the beach, access to chaises and towels and a wealth of information about the area’s attractions. William, a valet, was especially helpful in guiding us towards the best experiences. I would highly recommend.

Double Tree by Hilton San Juan Experience
Excellent customer service, rooms were clean and beds are comfy. Best experience was with William in Valet parking! He was extremely helpful, pleasant and made things very smooth with a terrible situation with our rental car, five thumbs up!!!

Amazing stay !
The customer service was amazing. I have never stayed in a hotel by myself and didn’t know the first step to take . They helped me from the very beginning. I want to make a shout of for William from the valet parking he did an amazing job making me feel welcome and helping me with my car and luggage in a very pleasant way. I would definitely come back here and will recommend to anyone . Thank you so much for your hospitality.

William was the best. Great valet and had a lot of knowledge on where to go and Great restaurants. The hotel was 5 star. Everyone at the hotel was super nice and very accommodating. The bar had great drinks. Excellent room with a coffee maker which was even better.

Great stay, relaxing!
It was a great stay!! Enjoyed the hotel, restaurant, and amazing staff! Kudos to Jason and Christian for their excellent service, those guys are the best!!! The rooms were kept very clean, maids were excellent!! I recommend this hotel, very walkable, close to bus routes, easy access to restaurants and beach!!
