The Hilton DoubleTree hotel is fantastic for stay in San Juan. Jaison, the valet, had my car ready for travel every morning. Staying at the Hilton DT felt like living at home with friends.

Top Notch Service And Beautiful Venue
I highly recommend the Double Tree in San Juan. We stayed there for 3 nights and loved every bit of it. The property is beautiful with a modern look. The location is really convenient. We did not even need to rent a car! For some action, you can hop on the bus for a 15-minute ride to Old San Juan, you can take a 6- minute walk to La Placita or take a Uber to Distrito T Mobil. The Double Tree staff was attentive to our needs and very polite. From the young lady who registered us at the front desk, to the attendants at the front door, the cleaning staff and the young man who gave us the umbrellas and lounge chairs at the beach, everyone made us feel welcomed and tended to our needs. Top notch service with a smile! We will definitely come back and not just for the scrumptious chocolate chip cookies!

Great experience
Great experience as always :) Great service and food all around; the valet attendant William, stood out from all the employees, he always greeted us and was very nice and offered to help us take a picture.

Good Stay
We (myself and teenage daughter) stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of Oct 2025. We appreciated the cookie at check-in, and the refrigerator and microwave in the room. We used the pool one day and it was nice, but would probably be a bit small during busier seasons. We never got to use the beach area because everyday we were warned that the waves were too dangerous. I liked the location well enough. It’s not walking distance to Old Sa Juan, but only like a $5 Uber away. It is walking distance to the Condado area. There is a Starbucks right around the corner and a grocery store directly across the street. We ate a couple of times and Café Pierre. The food was always very good and the staff extremely helpful.
