    Amazing Service

    We stayed for one night and had a great experience. Issac was incredible and so friendly. He gave us some of the best spots for authentic Puerto Rican food! He even gave us an earlier check in than normal after our long day of travel. He made us feel very welcomed and provided great service. He definitely deserves some recognition! We would be back to stay in the future.

    Doubltree doesn't disappoint!

    Hotel is really well managed- clean, all amenities. Reception staff go above and beyond- our cases didnt arrive and they totally helped us call airline and we got them delivered back to the hotel. Birthday cake/ Ballon/ Complimentary drinks voucher relieved the panic of no clothes. Late checkout was no problem and use of facilities after our checkout also included. Restaurant menu slighly limited but tasty. Great area- would highly recommend

    Excellent staff,location they shuttle you to beach,3 minutes,chairs,towels and umbrella, are free Pool chairs towels,clean and beautiful! Bar/restaurant food,drinks and staff outstanding,very clean rooms, grocery store/ liquor store across the street Concierge s are very helpful! Plenty to do and see. We will return
